*For starts you are considering stages that are OBVIOUSLY unbanned (such as Lylat) to possibly not make it on the list because of popularity. That a good ruleset does not make. The other thing is certain stages that have been banned for probably reasons such as 6 edges don't run into that same problem because of limitations that the Houston ruleset provides.

**This is pretty liberal for me, as my personal ruleset would have stages like Rumble Falls unbanned. The majority of smashers do not utilize counterpicks well and usually judge on banning based on their wins/losses there instead of actual logic and reasoning backed with some sort of justification.
