Hmm.. you guys seem to have spent all in the same ballpark, myself included. The way Espy Rose puts it is good though, thinking of it like a very cheap subscription fee almost. Also just realized that spending 15 (three fives) could get me that skin, so I'd lose only one book, not two.

Our 5.2k+ health Sejuani took the most damage in the game, and had the highest damage dealt to champions in the game. She's ridiculous. I'm really scared if her rework goes through and she retains her scaling health damage (which apparently she is) while also getting the better CC and stuff.

I'm pretty sure I've spent $60 on this game over the course of a year playing, so yeah the price of a normal game. I wish the game had a feature to show you exactly how much you've spent

I have so many skins for champions I've probably never played.

So after a quick relook, I have 90, not 93 (thought I had riot graves from all the times Pirate gave me a riot graves code, thought i bought the human soraka when it was on sale, thought i grabbed snowmedinger).

A hyper majority of my skins have always been bought on sale. Some exceptions are Shaco, Nasus, Nocturne.

In terms of the whole "didn't spend any money, i'm the best, lol" or "i spent a lot of money I suck".
In general, in any given occasion you go OUTSIDE (crazy, I know) you're spending considerably more money on those recreations than you would even come close to for league. I guess considering what $5 can get you in the US I can understand why a lot of people would rather keep their $5.

Dat Australian cost of living. $5 on a skin (more like 3 skins) is not even spare change >.>

I have like, 3. Sakura Karma, Shadow Prince Malz, Phoenix Quinn, I think that's it. Had full metal rammus for a bit, refunded it to buy quinn bundle. Was FMR would go on sale, buttttt....

Can someone teach me how to carry harder? I just came out of a ranked game where I won mid as fizz against Galio, our top zed went 5/1 against wukong, and our jungle Diana counter jungled so hard the enemy jungler was 6 lvls behind all game. We still lost because Bot lane took turns getting grabbed by blitz and giving draven kills. Me, zed and Diana all ended the game with at least 3:1 kill ratios. Should I have roamed bot more? coordinated ganks with Diana to take some pressure off of bot lane? or just trying to snowball even harder through galio and hoped I could just take draven out instantly in teamfights? It feels bad to lose the game even though you do well. Although our 1/7/0 support lux did put all the blame on the people carrying her so maybe it was just one of those games.

How did all you Gold/Diamond/Plat players in the thread carry yourself out of silver? I win my lane 4 our of 5 times but i cant seem to help other lanes enough/coordinate team fights well enough to gain any Elo.

1. Not banning Blitz (it's solo queue, he should always be banned)
2. Picking LUX against Blitz.

You didn't have anyone on your team that really WANTED to get grabbed by Blitz, and of course you can't trust random people to dodge something as gamechanging as his hooks. It sounds like you had a big advantage, so you should have probably snowballed bot and pushed the hell out of bot/mid, gotten inhibs and won early, but if that fails, then yeah Blitz can literally win the game for his team even if you're ahead.

Yeah our picks/bans weren't the smartest. I also need to work on transitioning from one phase of the game to another.

started 2 wards and assorted pots, take w first and just last hit till 2. grab q and go in asap when galio q's. get in as many autos as possible. if he took e 2nd you take minimal dmg and he eats a lot. If he took the shield 2nd he will take like half dmg but you come out on top of the trade either way. zone him out hard while you can, push him out/ get kills early or you lose lane. Galio cant help but push and only farm with q-e after lvl 3 or 4, so as soon as he q's the minion wave you e/q to him. rush 1xdorans and a Sheen for the extra physical dmg against his MR stacking, if laning lasts long enough dont get a lich bane until after you get some Mag pen. Hybrid Penetration marks help a lot also. Fizz can all in galio post 6 fairly easily, but not until after he gets merc treads to avoid max dmg from Galio's ult. Its not all that hard of a match up if things go well for fizz in the first few levels. Although if Galio gets a bluebuff he will just push you to tower all day, so aggressive warding and coordinated invades on blue help a lot.

Galio is so much more Usefull in team fights however, so unless the Fizz player can get to the point where he can 1 shot the enemy adc right away, Galio still brought more to his team in the form of auras, cc and great initiation.
