What are good options to do after an U-throw on Falcon at about 10%? Often they DI behind me, I U-tilt, still DI behind me and they basically get away. If U-smash, they manage to find the platforms etc.

Usmash. If they land on a platform, tech chase. Basically, stand directly under them. If they stand up or attack, uair. Otherwise, hit them where they go (uair, waveland grab/usmash, bair/nair)

B-throw tech chase at low percent
More serious answer: if there are platforms available to trap him then I try to use those and then go for uairs (if he lands on the platform) or u-smash / u-tilt if they go elsewhere. If this kind of thing is not available... you're gonna have to accept that Fox's low percent u-throw game on Falcon is kind of wishy washy and your best bet is probably through covering whatever you think he's gonna do to protect himself.

I remember reading that uthrow > upsmash doesn't (or shouldn't) work on Falcon...do people suck at jumping out, or does it really combo? (at least at low percent)

The jump only really matters if you try to regrab him. If you usmash it will catch the jump and then he dies because he doesn't have a jump

Damn, I remember when I started the game I had to play Jman 1st round at EVERY tournament . . . literally five times in a row.
