I havent seen any videos of you Fox lately HOWEVER basic things to work on from what I remember are just wavedashes, wavelands, drillshines, nairshines, waveshines. Dashdancing etc etc. These like that are crucial and from what I remember you have really choppy movement so working on these things are always a good start.
oh yea i know, I've definitely gotten better since the last time I uploaded, I'm still really... inconsistent though. I'll sometimes be really good and everything will be on point, then the next minute I'll barely be able to wavedash.
So I'm gonna work on everything and make everything better ^^

I cant nairshine in training mode, something about not being in a match just throws me off.

Because of my work schedule I've been able to play at about 1am to about 2-3am on Monday-Friday so my fatigue issue is becoming less of an issue.

Havent played in a few days because Im going on a nostaligia trip by playing Final Fantasy 10.(<3)

drillshines (get combo counter to 100, consistently)
into like a wall?

nairshines
waveshines
I've pretty much got these down, but I practice them like everyday anyway ^^

lasers (know your heights, shl, shdl)
I'm working on heights and things and approaching/retreating with them. also is it ever better to just shl rather than shdl? because I usually shdl, unless retreating or approaching with lasers.

drillshines on wall till 100, drillshine upsmash should be bread and butter too btw, same with jus waveshine to upsmash or waveshine to anything really (quick, long, and precise waveshines are super important as you can tell)

for lasers, shdl takes longer but is obviously two lasers in one, do em if you are up against a tall character, someone you cant seem to aim with one laser on, or if just in a really safe position

shl is harder for me personally, but it is faster and you are pretty mobile if you can do it right, plus lasers arent for damage only, so you're not missing out on firing only one or anything like that, you still get the laser to do its work

I mean, I guess you can jus do it in a lvl 1 cpu game then, figure out how many drill shine iterations it takes, or make a goal for yourself, the point is, its a good thing to get down in muscle memory, ^_^

And yea, learning both cstick and control stick aerials is really liberating once you get it down.

I mean I do practice with a computer against a wall, but I don't really know if I'm doing it correctly because there is no combo counter thing :(

You could plug in a second controller, position the player against a wall, and then rubber band the controller or something so L is being held down. Obviously the character's shield will break and your attacks will shield poke as soon as they get up, but if you're drill shining too slow you will still see the shield popping up as soon as they are out of stun.
