Falcon = Crowd favorite?

Ive just kindof noticed, maybe others have to. But it seems like falcon characters, in one way or another, all become the crowd favorite when in game play.
Ive been listening to alot of videos with commentary, and its just somthing that ive noticed. The crowd goes crazy after a falcon combo. And Even if im rooting for any other charachter, sub-consciously, I want to see that falcon character, start a combo and finish it with a knee.
Their are many ways to explain why, but ive just concluded that a falcon combos are just more pleasing to watch. Anyone eles feel the same way?

Falcon's charisma is just through the roof. I believe he's the most popular of all Smash characters. I spammed "Show me ya moves!" since 64 and it hasn't gotten old. His Knee is all man.

That's odd... I remember I used to, (and still do a bit), hate him cause one of my cousins would always beat me with him. And I thought his Falcon Punch and kick and the Side+ B attack were overpowered... : P

Seriously speaking here, a lot of falcons moves lack priority, he's a fast faller, and he has an extremely gimpable recovery. I think most people, myself included, feel more comfortable playing against falcon rather then the other top/high chars. Just dont get grabbed is all, LOL.

People are comfortable playing as and playing against falcon. You give falcon some sexy combos and a heart-stopping knee and you got yourself a lovable character all around.

I also think its his ability to not gay as well. xD

C. Falcon is a favorite hands down. Most people can use him well to start off with, he has amazing combos, and nothing about him is annoying to fight against.

He's just a very balanced, high risk-reward offensive character that can compete at high levels of play without any BS tactics. He also has the best looking finisher and taunt in the entire game.

Actually Slayer is total bull**** tactics if you know anything about high level Guilty Gear (most versions). He does absurd amounts of damage and can pass through a lot of stuff with dandy step.

I've been a Falcon player throughout my competitive Smash career, even though I play Falco and Sheik (ewwwwww), too.

When playing Falcon, you have two priorities: be sexy and win (IN THAT ORDER). Of course, doing both is awesome and makes everybody love you (see: Silent Spectre, Darkrain, g-reg, Scar, every other even somewhat well-known Falcon).
