Yeaaaaaaaaah, ban mute city every time. I dont see why EVERYBODY doesnt do it against peach/jiggs/samus. I mean, fighting Peach and Samus isnt horrible on it (just bad), but jiggs? Oof.

If I ever get picked to mute city again, I'm going jiggs. She's so gay there.

For the longest, I said I was going to either

1) actually start playing on mute city (vs those 3)
or
2) pick up jiggs for mute city.

Cause like I said, I'd REALLY like to ban FoD vs peach (and ironically, Samus and Jiggs, although it's just personal preference for those 2)

I dunno, though. After watching some vids, I might have some crazy ideas to make it not so bad. (Read: It's still gunna be dumb. XD)

Funny story about mutecity though. It was at a week-long smashfest at Sleepyk's house, and there was this guy name b-down. Luigi main.

He was playing on mute city, and he got ****ed up by that Brinstar Glitch Phanna Pointed Out.

So you have this luigi, who's literally getting comboed off of the road because everytime he hits it he goes NOWHERE. **** was hilarious.

i got two sets recorded

one of them was legit

the other set was me suiciding 3 times first match, and then missing about every single edgeguard vs fox second match

i was so disappointed in the way that i played that set

I'll try this! But, wouldn't attempting to dropzone tornado be a bad idea since his phantasm (side+B attack) can spike you? Plus that tornado leaves Mario/Doc so vulnerable afterwards it just seems rather risky.

I agree. I think Yoshi Story is a terrible vs. Falcon. Falcon combos **** Doc at early percents. Falcon has the platforms seem to benefit him better than for Doc because they act as Falcon's recovery aids. Plus, I feel like that cloud will almost always be there for good Falcon's that can stall with that DI'd wall-jumping!

That's worse than just tornadoing near the ledge.

Anybody worth their weight knows that tornadoing to get somebody to move off the ledge is a parlor trick that doesnt work. They have enough time to stand up off the ledge and waveland back on.

I'd imagine if you tried to do it after an up+b and land on the stage or anything, you'd get punished. And good luck catching somebody NOT ccing by the ledge when you do it, if you can even get over far enough to catch them.

That was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a fighting game, and that was just friendlies.

They're afraid of Darkrain because, in spite of what frame data, proper DI, hitstun, teching information, and other factors may say you might take from a single hit, Darkrain routinely triples the amount and adds a bunch of Knees where he feels like it.

And good luck ever pinning him down when he's got his spacing going

you have to camp her. Punish her when she throws out a slow move. Cape her turnips when she throws them to force her to jump or shield it. Space f-air on her when she jumps too.
