Yes I do Steam. Remember I wanted to use Weegee on your Luc but you wouldn't let me cuz of MU johns.
that matchup is 60-40 Lucario's favor. and I want to use mains on mains. not mains on a MK's secondary.

and you never use him in tourney. just like my falco who I should probably use a lot more

I am going to be using Diddy a whole lot more. But only against MKs. So that should help once I work on him more. and learning from Dekar I picked up some new stuffs to try and work on.

I'm very sorry Dekar, we didn't mean to not pay up. It was already explained, through a text to BF, that we simply forgot to pay the housing. We were not trying to avoid payment. We're not used to paying for housing in a home, so it should be completely understandable to Dekar why we left without paying. Some attempt should have been made to remind us. We heard about it only once the moment we stepped foot in there, and even then it was made to seem like it wasn't that important. It simply slipped our mind.

If he'd like, I can paypal him the five dollars, or we could wait until we see each other again. I don't think anyone in the car was trying to dodge Dekar for 5 bucks. I really hope someone is exaggerating, because he should not be pissed about five dollars. This could easily be taken care of.

As for Interim of Zeal, you've always been a bit of a troll, so I'd calm down on your "m2k ain't even that good of a player" statements. Poor house guest, probably, but ****ty player? You're an idiot.

The money wasn't even the issue, someone decided it'd be funny/appropriate to piss on a bathmat in the restroom upstairs. I'd assume this was the result of an alcohol fueled fun-rage, or something. Stupid stupid stupid stupid stupid.

Tldr- it was ******** and BF ended up cleaning it up (not even the person who provided housing, as I was asleep).

We split 1 can of watered down tecate 3 ways. There's no way it was a drunk piss. It was likely a nighttime sleeper trying to piss with his eyes closed. There's no basis to assume it was socal

Well I'm not angry any more, and I owe you an apology for jumping to conclusions (I'll be buying another jump to conclusions mat here shortly as mine is obviously faulty).

I am sorry, I assumed when you asked if you could drink, you didn't mean the nastiness that is one shared beer and meant the nastiness that is a fifth of something or other.

I was wondering why there was a singular tecate can sitting there. I felt sad at that sight lol.

Now the question is- which sad pathetic bastage pissed on a bathmat?

Again, I didn't even end up having to clean it up. I was just raged at the fact that it had happened in the first place. I didn't know housing involved babysitting too but then again, Jason was there so I'm dumb for not realizing this fact XD

What's done is done, and the condo cleaned up nicely because everyone chilled out in the end and helped clean, so I'm not mad any more.

I found that pretty freaking funny, but when I saw how funny Mike found it, I realized I wasn't even ready for how great the comment was.

BTW The PR looks really nice.
And you don't get a character next to you unless you've WON A MATCH with him. In tournament.

Are colorado tourneys fun? How much money does the average winner win over here at tourneys? And how are the turnouts?

To tell the truth out of all 4 corner states it seems colorado is the most active scene but is the least active for out side of your state.

Colorado tournaments are pretty good. But hanging with Colorado is FAR better ;)

Usually tournies run a total of about 30 dollars (ridiculous venue fee and like 10 bucks to the pot) via Colorado Cutthroat Console Tournament. These usually don't have a lot of turnout, except for Supercon.

Sometimes there are house tournaments, which are obviously a lot cheaper and have good turnouts (like 25+ people at the last one, Zournament.)

Probably wanna hear more indepth info from someone who actually plays though

I don't go to a ton of Colorado tournaments, but from what i've gone to, Colorado is mad fun to hang out with. I wouldn't say our tournaments are nearly as fun as our smashfests though, mainly because the tournaments are expensive as hell and we usually don't have a high turnout.

That being said, I've met quite a few OoS'ers and while most of them have been really really cool, I still prefer hanging out with Colorado more than anyone else.

**** I love my state :D

Oh, I forgot how champions work.

Every week there's a rotation of 10 champions that are free to use. To have a champion always available to play, you have to spend points that you earn from playing matches to unlock them. Of this week's free champs, I'd say akali and heimerdinger are the easiest to play.
Akali's easy to play?

Uhh...

I haven't played heim, but Lyn's said he's a little tricky at start. But he rocks lower elo, so yeah, good idea.

I think annie is a really really really good character to start with. For melee/tankish characters, I'd recommend checking out jax.

Funny how I repeatedly said he was good, better than me by a considerable margin.

I just said his playstyle was bland, lacking in creativity, and felt a bit gimmicky.

I also said he's better than most of the community because he has a significantly greater deal of experience. I guess I should have also mentioned that he can practice ledgedrop uair regrab get up loops for 3 hours straight, but whatever. I like how it goes from me saying he's an okay elite level player (better than "pro") to me saying he's ****ty.

lolol, same old Hugo. Keep taking things way outta context.

I fought Goyf first which was a mistake, because once I lost I got disheartened and just gave up. Because I knew there was no way I was going to make it out of pools since I nor anyone else in my Pool was going to beat X. So I just stopped trying.
Dammit Bees, this is what I mean. This mentality wrecks you. Nobody here can beat X is a terrible Mentality. Did you see my bracket match with him? I BARELY lost. That mentality is what will make you lose more than anything. How do you expect to beat someone when you keep telling yourself you can't?

Kill the apathy, it's better for your smash career, and it's really satisfying to beat someone you consider a threat. Much ♥s to all of CO too

Thanks Goyf. I am working on confidence and maintaining a winning mindset. Normally I am good with mindset but my mindset just got rocked at supercon. I guess I should work on maintaining a positive mindset, especially at big tourneys.
Also thanks to you and JT! for all of the tips and some practice at the ICs MU!! :bee::bee::bee:

I meant easy to play for someone who has hon/dota experience, especially at low elo. I didn't know jax was free when I typed that though, he's definitely the most straight forward.

Oh wow, I never thought I'd be that high in the new PR. Thanks guys. :'D

Shoutout time:

Shoutout to Steam for being the other Lucario user here that makes it hard as hell to beat Bees with Lucario thanks to mu experience.

Shoutout to Bees for being my first friend in the Colorado smash scene, and for always having fun games at tourneys.

Shoutout to DTL for reminding me of a BTL.

Shoutout to Meno cause I think he's cool. Same with Timotee.

Shoutout to Level 0 and Dave for not playing them in forever, and 6 months, respectively.

Shoutout to Underload for living in the same city as me. Morrison da bess.

And shoutout to Lunchmeat for always rooting for me a tourneys. I like lunchmeat.

I suck at shoutouts.

Well next time I will make him think that I will! I think the biggest hurdle is that his brother mains R.O.B. so he has loads of experience with the MU and I had none. But I learned a few things that will help.

DTL and Underload need to upload the only evidence of me getting games on good MKs in existence. :(
Both of them have videos I need to watch so I can see what I did wrong with ones I lost and what I did right with the ones I won. Underload! Please send me the videos vs Lvl Zero in winners bracket! I will figure it out myself.

Also DTl find your Brawl disc so you can upload Zournament stuff so I can get my Diddy critiqued as well.

Also any MKs here want to help me learn the MK MU all the while they can learn the Diddy and ROB MU? I want to have that MU down. I want to know everything about it and be polished in it.

the post above gives me a bittersweet emotion.
Sad that love was denied by DTL
and glad that now I can see those videos and get help with my Diddy.

You're actually pretty bad about mindset.

Like... when you're in a good mood, you're in a GOOD mood.

But once something falls apart, so do you.

Granted, I'm one of the worst when it comes to dealing with pressure, but still.

Gotta try your hardest, no matter who you're facing.

Thanks for the...errrr....critism/advice?
honestly you haven't seen me in a while(I think for like 2 minutes at one point but that was it) and ya my mindset has gotten a lot better ever since I went to New Mexico with Tim and Meno in May. Just saying you haven't seen me in a while and your argument is based off of...?
ah don't worry about it. I am sure in the 2 minutes you saw me last time about a month ago you were able to deduce all of that about my mindset

Also for everyone who will read this...I just got a job with Convergys. Which means that I will be moving to Pueblo in a a month or 2. I will still be active and attend things whenever I can. Also I might be able to do smashfests down there if me and Chicken Tenders get a house like we are planning :)
Also I will be 4 1/2 hours from Albuquerque which means I can drive down their from time to time and play New Mexico(My favorite oos scene I have met yet)
