It's obvious that this is going to be huge, and some amazing planning has gone into it already. The venue is a super swanky hotel, and Plank negotiated room prices from $359 to $95 a night. There's a Chipotle within walking distance (big deal), the venue itself is open 24 hours a day and spans 23,000 square feet. It's also near a lot of DC tourist traps. Venue fee's only like $10 right now.

Edit: Roundtrip from DIA to Dulles is $188 (arrive on Thursday, leave on Tuesday).

There's a Chipotle within walking distance (big deal), the venue itself is open 24 hours a day and spans 23,000 square feet. It's also near a lot of DC tourist traps. Venue fee's only like $10 right now.

Edit: Roundtrip from DIA to Dulles is $188 (arrive on Thursday, leave on Tuesday).

Just did some math, and it'd be a $500 trip altogether, if 4 of us went and split hotel evenly. $200 for a plane ticket, $160 for hotel, $50 for entry, and the rest would be food / spending money.

Again, this is in February. Save like $85 a month for the next 6 months, and you'd have the entire trip covered.
