Ok, there was this tourney a number of weeks ago, but the tourney results were lost, and only the top 6 were written in the tourney results page. The top 8 were known to everyone, but the TO didn't write them down when we told him after he wrote the top 6.

Count the tourney if you wish, I know it's missing the whole list of people after the tops, just wanted to make sure it could be counted or not.

Well I think it would be interesting to have a american character rankings, european one, japanese one, and a worldwide one ^^

And for the moment, this thread is used to represent the american metagame (even here, when we talk about north america metagame, we refer to this thread) .However, I don't know if it was the initial goal :x
I see that BI8 results were submitted, so that makes me wonder :x

A tourney's still a tourney, IMO. The fact that there was 0 attendance of a character shouldn't change much... How many Captain Falcons do you see in big tourneys? Closer to 0, yet they're still accepted as results.

I didn't know they were counting our results too. If we reported every tourney from before Peach would be a lot higher.

But if that is the case then this result is still good (less than a month old).

It's not the first PR tourney we've posted here, and they've accepted the results without anything to say.

Plus, PR is USA territory. SO I guess we are part of USA, even if we're not a state right now (we have our own quarter, it HAS to mean something! )...

Fox and Sonic are actually doing alot better since the last Tier List or am i wrong? I hope Sonic will end up much higher, perhaps somewhere in C tier, like where he is on the rankings on this thread. Fox needs to be there aswell. How come Sonic got so high since the last Tier List??

I'm actually pleasantly surprised at the way this list has changed. I don't really care much for tier lists because it often clouds the way some people will play, but I am quite awareof them just so I know what's going to happen in a "who gets priority" situation, etc...

Thankfully, Sonic is climbing. That's always a good thing.

I don't agree with banning MK though. I hate the *******and really is OP, but that still doesn't say "axe him" in my book.

AT's? Everything we know was known since october or something. We just stepped our game up, applied mindgames/speed more and went to place in tourneys after some BAWWWWing at SBR dude telling us to actually place. So yea.

And we do have more mains, but not all of them are talented and actually place.

The thing is that it artificially changes the concentration of the results, this is supposed to show results within the current metagame, so it's essentially comparing applies to oranges.

I would not be opposed to having a "mk-banned" listing.

Actually, infinite-banned tournaments probably deserve the same as well, because it changes the metagame very significantly.
