Or you could just not give them your money at all and it'd be the greatest economic choice of all. Don't waste your money.
I'm just going to buy the plain MW3, and not get elite, because that is something that shouldn't be charged for anyways, and I'm not going to get the map packs, because usually they're less than quality.
If there are 15+ maps, I won't need a map pack anyways.

I'm still quite pissed about this game coming out and taking away my gears 3 playing partner. Yeah we'll still play gears 3 a lot, but there's going to be times when he wants to play this and I'll have to annoyingly join him or not play Xbox.

If I can convince him not to buy this, something that seems unlikely unfortunately, I don't need to get this game seeing as though he's the only person I know in my friends list, apart from SWF people, that's actually getting this game.

Edit:

Actually I came to my senses and realised that he'll be the only one playing this game whereas other people aren't getting this and I will be able to play Gears with them, so I went and cancelled my pre-order for this game today.

It's legit, I know I said this back in 2009 with MW2...but this looks like it's going to be the greatest game of all time. (inb4kanyewestjoke)

Kinda stupid how they change the perk names like "St3ady aim"...

I like it how they've improved some of the animations but I'm still waiting for the perk list which is supposed to be revealed later today.

ok yeah after rewatching the video a couple more times Im convinced the unofficial poinstreak list I saw is real, this also explains Odins observation that you can set "perks" to pointstreaks, though the list isnt accurate to how many points you need, I think the actual streaks are true.

Im not gonna post the list here because Ill let tim do that once its been really confirmed in a couple hours, but whoever cant wait, I posted a link to it on my profile, just go to my profile and I wrote myself a VM to myself

Yeah, I think that's an awesome feature.

STILL don't know about my playstyle.

-How the knife works
-Tac knife
-Throwing Knife
