The jolt got reflected by Fox's shine. Since Fox's shine sends projectiles back stronger would that mean that a regular jolt from an other Pikachu would not work? Just asking. Don't have Melee to test it out.

i'm pretty sure that you can SWD off of a regular thunder jolt. i never really took the shine into account lol. maybe when reflected, the jolt does more damage, but has the same priority?

well, it's amazingly awesome lol. but it's actually pretty easy

all you have to do is do your up-b into the floor, then do the second one horizontally across the floor (i hope i explained that right). if the 2nd part of your up-b gets interrupted with a low priority move (in this case, a thunder jolt), then the 2 moves will parry, and you'll somehow be sent across the stage in the direction that you were heading, i guess you could call it a super wave dash. in my opinion, it's the easiest to pull off on links boomerang. try it out! it's not too hard.

and yes, rubyiris ***** me at stepmania lol. i'm not that great at it ^^ but i love it so much

you can do it in pikachu dittos too with thunderjolt of whatever it's called. NEUTRAL B. i tried it today and it worked.
