You get charged when you check out of the hotel.

There might be a cancellation fee if you cancel within 24 hours of checkin, but if you cancel before that you'll probably be fine.

Children Policy

Children aged 17 years or younger will stay free of charge in their parent’s room.



Monk and I are 17. It says that the rooms, even for 1 person, have two double beds. Does this mean we could book a room for 1 person, and then have us stay free of charge? We're travelling with our dad, so he counts for the parent part of the policy.

Could Alex Strife or one of the Apex staff members answer this?

Alex, we will be registering as soon as we can. I wanted to pick up my plane tickets first before prices went up even more. Probably next paycheck we will be signed up and good to go :D

I like my 5 minute away distance, and the fact that my brother and crewmate have their apartment on the same campus as the venue.
