Hey all,

To my smash buddies please try your best to make this event. There is no event in smash history that will be even close to this type of production and hard work.

I repeat

THIS IS NOT JUST ANOTHER BIG TOURNAMENT


This is our tournament this is our main stage. We have sponsors and have been killing ourselves for you. No other tournament has had such dedicated people working their tail off for you.

We have made all these efforts, spending day after day working hard for you. Do not disappoint. Register and make sure this event is the biggest in our communities history.

Outside of money issues no one should be missing this!

On the OP, could you put info on ways to travel to the venue/hotel from the airport or is the train people were talking about the only way to get there? And what train system is it called?

Genesis did this and it was much appreciated. Thanks

Train is the fastest and easiest way to get to the venue/hotel from the airport. It is literally connected to the airport ( newark )

Walking is too far and car rides is something we can put up though

Car rides would be nice. At Genesis, they had a carpool going and picked up ppl at various times and we just gave him like a $1 or 2 for gas. But if train is the easiest, thanks!

Hey! Yeah, we've had that info up there for a while now actually under the header "Traveling". This is excerpt from the OP:

Good I hope top 8 doesnt take TOO too long. I want to try to watch all of it, but I need to drive back home(4hrs) on Sunday, because I start the new Semester monday morning.

An hour for round 2 pools? I know its only 4 people and I know 2 tvs per pool will speed through it...but an hour?

I guess it doesn't matter since bracket is immediately after but still :laugh:

And fgc pools are double elim brackets not round robin, kid

Isn't there a Marth player in Europe called Martha or something, who is supposed to be the best Marth and best player overall in Europe?

Anyone know if he's coming to this?
