I had a dream where Shrek 5 retconned Shrek Forever After to make it so that everyone besides Shrek died in that movie. The plot of Shrek 5 in my dream was about Shrek resurrecting everyone and all the trailers made fun of Shrek forever after for killing everyone even though that’s not even a thing the movie did. The trailer for Shrek 5 was also a parody of wicked in my dream and that’s completely not out of the possibility of something they would do, if anything that makes it weirder

I’m playing DKC1 on original hardware. Every time I play this game I’m reminded how it’s really funny that the save system makes the first three levels of a world incredibly difficult and suspenseful, then everything else is way less tense because you have saves after each level

The assassins creed series is interesting because it's a case of corporate meddling and lack of focused storytelling ruining the original creator's vision, and making for a series that has good ideas but is very flawed. But also the original creator's vision seems like it would have been just as flawed as the series we actually got.
