I've always felt the perfect genre for an Xbox crossover game would be a vehicular combat game a la Twisted Metal/Vigilante 8/Cel Damage. I think CN PTE and PSASBR are both worse games than Ultimate, but there's also a lot more ideas, character choices, and features from them I appreciate over Ultimate.

IMO there are two Nintendo newcomers that would be justifiable additions to a full COGH Smash: a Nintendogs rep (be that a dog or Ted & Archie) and Goomba. Otherwise I think every grand-scheme important Nintendo character is already there.

Nonsensically vague allegories and shoe replacement aside, the M&Ms rebrand is kinda weird to me (someone who knows way too much about M&M commercial lore) because they're trying to take the marketing in a more wholesome direction, which isn't a bad idea alone since that seems to be a trend lately after the meta snarkfest of the 2010s, but like... why keep the spokescandies? They're iconic, sure, but they were made for the dark comedy that was big in the late 90s - with the "dumb fat guy and smart snarky guy" dynamic - and not wholesome scenarios about someone's family accepting their full-body tattoos - whenever Red gets a snarky line in it feels out of place, a new candy cast would work a whole lot better.

The idea of Clayfighter becoming to claymation what Mortal Kombat is to horror movies is a very funny idea, but also an objectively terrible one. I can't really imagine Aardman or Laika characters fitting in with CF's irreverant and unapologetically cartoony cast - plus the series already utilises parody and therefore could just make it's own wildly hilarious fair use-protected satirical characters like "Pingore" or "Frankenweiner" who could have the fart jokes and edgy one-liners their source material would prohibit.

I'm watching a response collab to Mr. Enter's Nicktoons review series, and I find it kinda funny how the reviewers with animal or white avatars say "Nick-O-Rama" very carefully and hesitantly while the reviewers with black avatars say it super fast.

I think one thing people often forget about the ballot was that fan rules weren't really questioned at the time like they are now - the results don't reflect current day Smash fandom. If Cloud was the first unique DLC instead of Ryu or made the base game I imagine the results would've been a lot different. Still dominated by Nintendo-associated characters mind you, but Chief, Kratos, and Sans certainly would've shot up at least. There was way more anti-PS and non-Rare-Xbox sentiment in Smash fandom at the time than now, to the point Kratos and Chief were outright considered jokes, and I don't think it really died down until SSBU's DLC.

I think a Mii successor should build off of Miitomo's editing functions, but also allow parts to be placed in areas other than the face and rotated on the Z axis so Miis are more distinct in games where they're seen from the back. Would probably have to make some good ol' Lego Universe Dong Detection Software and discontinue costumes for Miis in games like Smash and Mario Kart though.

I really wish there were more Sonic multiplayer (specifically sports) spin-offs. I think a franchise that revolves around speed could have a lot of fun takes on classic genres.
