Were people actually expecting NASB to have voice acting at launch? Generally (new) voice acting just isn't a thing licensed cartoon games do anymore - that's why the BFBB remake kept the old Mr. Krabs substitute VA voice clips - it's a god damn miracle NASB even had an announcer, let alone post-launch VA.
