If I had a magic lamp, here are the wishes I'd want the genie to grant:
- Snap COVID-19 out of existence
- Rewind time to when patient zero was identified
- Erase everyone's memories of the days during the pandemic, including mine
I just had a dream last night where I saw a movie (or something) where two psychotic little girls stuffed their mom into an oven, and her guts were spilling out inside the oven.

You know...maybe a Poké Ball promotion wouldn't be as egregious for same-game DLC as an Assist Trophy. After all, Pokémon are just members of a species; Sakurai and his team can just pick a specific Pokémon of the same species to add as playable, and they can appear as both playable and a Poké Ball summon at once.
Know how Mega Man 8 could've been a bit more innovative, in my opinion? Playing as each of the 6 Robot Masters from the first game and Duo alongside Mega Man himself; each playable character would, ideally, each have 2 weapons in total.
- Mega Man would have his Mega Buster and Tengu Man's Tornado Hold
- Effective character against Clown Man
- Cut Man would have his Rolling Cutter and Clown Man's Thunder Claw
- Effective character against Grenade Man
- Elec Man would have his Thunder Beam and Search Man's Homing Sniper
- Effective character against Astro Man
- Ice Man would have his Ice Slasher and Aqua Man's Water Balloon (repurposed to an ice bomb that freezes enemies in an area)
- Effective character against Sword Man
- Fire Man would have his Fire Storm and Sword Man's Flame Sword
- Effective character against Search Man and Frost Man
- Bomb Man would have his Hyper Bombs and Grenade Man's Flash Bomb
- Effective character against Frost Man
- Guts Man would have his Super Arm and Astro Man's Astro Crush (repurposed to be an attack that summons six small meteors to throw at enemies)
- Effective character against Aqua Man
- Duo would have his Giant Knuckle and Frost Man's Ice Wave (repurposed to be an attack where Duo punches the ground and icicles pop out from both sides of him)
- Effective character against Tengu Man

I'd say it'd be hilarious if Arthur showed up in Vol. 2 anyways and that he would've had to beat Astaroth twice to get into Smash, but I know Smash doesn't play by those rules.
Man, I remember when arcade beat-em-ups based on western IPs from Japanese devs was a prominent thing. TMNT, The Simpsons, Captain America and the Avengers, X-Men, Asterix...just to name a few.

I'm disappointed we still only have one Namco character as a fighter in Smash Bros. I'm mainly rooting for Chosen Undead, but I'll take any at this point.

I just took an online quiz for my geography class, and it turns out I wasn't allowed to refer to outside notes or else it would've been detected and I would've gotten a zero grade. So I took it from memory and got a 14/25.
I fail to understand why you wouldn't allow a student to use their notes for a ****ing online quiz.
Okay, so here's my predictions/hopes for the last 2 fighters, any two of:
- Bandana Dee
- Crash Bandicoot
- Sora
- Dr. Eggman
I can understand the art style being a bit off-putting, but I’m still hyped to see two classics from my childhood get the remake treatment!
Honestly, I'm not that bothered by P5 Strikers only using P5 characters. The whole game wants to be different from other musou games, which I'll gladly take over cramming in characters from other games for the sake of it.
I love how people just glance at Mythra’s shown alt and immediately assume it’s Poppi, even though the hair shown for that alt is very clearly purple.

Now that I think about it, Eggman would've made more sense as an Assist Trophy back in Brawl and Smash 4 than Shadow. Not to say the two couldn't coexist as Assist Trophies, of course.
Man, The Good Dinosaur was such missed potential. You'd think with a premise like "what if that meteor never killed the dinosaurs?", you'd naturally wanna follow up with a movie about dinosaurs adapting to modern-day society.
