Illegal Drugs of any kind are banned at ALL of my tournaments(and about 98% of all event in the US) so dont even try to bring it. If i catch you, there will be no warings of any kind, il just get the police involved and not lose a seconds worth of sleep over it(i want your kind eliminated from my events). Tournaments(mine at least) are a place where kinds of all ages(ive had 9 year olds at some of my events) go to have fun, make friends, compete in a friendlie atmosphere(for the most part) and get away from stuff JUST like that.

I dont give a **** about you or your thoughts on weed. That **** is illegal for a reason(wether you agree with it or not and i dont care about how or why it should be legal).

TO ALL: At HOBO 15 we had a 12 year old try and steal a packpack from one of our players and the 12 year old quickly had his *** beat by the player his stole from and the "samuel L jackson" of the police took his *** out to jail. We dont play games here in texas so dont think about bringing drugs/weapons or try and steal ****. Im serious, people over here will be the crap out of you THEN turn you over to the police. There are police EVERYWHERE at this event. There are 2-3 just for our tourney room alone. Fun can be had WITHOUT these kinds of things and if you disagree.....your ****ing stupid.

The same could be said for the majority of Houston players.

What I don't get is why Brawl gives people egos when they get online, we had spam back in the Melee days here on SWF but it wasn't so negative and ******** like it is now.

SRK had a huge influx of new people when SF4 came out, but all they had to worry about was scrubs *****ing about characters being cheap (Oh wait they have that here too..... it's called the MK/Planking/infinite debates ) and other whiny nonsense.

Nobody came on there just to badmouth people (and to people they've never met), and the newbies to SF4 are noobies to Street Fighter in general, and are quite a bit more polite when asking for help.

So why does Brawl give rise to such egos? I've never seen another game come out and do that, save Halo maybe (everyone and their mom says they are good at Halo).

Of course it's everyone, I've just never seen it anywhere as bad as smashboards, and I'm on every major fighting game forum (SRK, SWF, Dustloop, Tekken Zaibatsu, 8wayRun).

As for ignoring them, yeah, that's why I stopped getting into an argument over how I don't like Brawl or people that try to trash my tournaments. I work hard on them, and it's not about to be devalued by someone posting trash on a forum just cuz they want to start something.

Answer: Weed is something that can be easily grown by the average person. It cannot be mass marketed very well and thus isn't as profitable as cigarettes or beer, nor is weed something that could be taxed since it is dealt with privately. Without big corporations to back up marijuana, it will likely never become legal.

It's the lobbyists in Washington pushing their agenda and their money on Capitol Hill that big tobacco is still in business, despite so many cases that show tobacco is horrible for the body. There is hardly any evidence to show marijuana is extremely harmful to the body, in fact quite the opposite.
