Edit:

Ike killed a Goddess and an Undead Tyrant flying on a huge dragon empowered by pure chaos.

Ganondorf was too busy being imprisoned/sealed away to do anything like that. Besides, how many games does he actually go after you with his bare hands? I seemed to remember him getting beaten by a kid in a sword dual. And he had two swords.
