It’s gotten quiet due to the series happening, and it’ll be a while longer until the rage returns since season 2 won’t focus on the main story of Part 2 yet.

But yeah there’s still a decent split on the game’s storyline. and as someone who played both games without consent…they boring anyways

If I may ask, why was the FTC against this merger, exactly?

Overall, how is Sony responding to losing against Microsoft in the case here?

Apart from the size (A roughly $70 billion dollar deal needs scrutiny), I don’t really have any guesses, only theories.

The most interesting thing was that the FTC was trying to negotiate better deals for ABK games on Sony platforms… in the courtroom concerning the initial PI hearing. It got to the point where someone vandalized the FTC Wikipedia page by replacing certain areas with that of Sony. I don’t condone that personally.

As for how Sony is responding, that is not a question I can answer. At the very least, their CoD deal is set to expire 2024-2025, meaning they are set for a few more years, so I assume they’ll want a better deal, or a hot game to compete with CoD. Interestingly Microsoft did attempt to give Sony the same 10 year deal they gave various Cloud platforms/Nintendo but they rejected, with Court record showing Jim Ryan hoping regulators would block.

After all of that I have one final question: When is Bobby Kotick getting the boot?
