Samus has some solid options. She wouldn't be mid-tier if she didn't.

A character based on mindgames would be baaaaad.

Linguini is really good and he'd probably beat me the first time we ever play, and that's under the assumption that I have had as much ganon practice as I have now: zero.

Otherwise, why would I constantly lose to someone I get to play a decent amount that isn't Mango? I'd learn what to do, and at worse, him and I would exchange sets.

It's not a matchup problem, it's an experience problem. Even then, this statistic is made up of the one match I've had with a Ganon in the last 2 years lol. It's a pointless statistic.

there aren't many linguini level ganons out there to get exp from..
it took plup like 3 or 4 sets w/ linguini before he beat him

Master League is really easy to get to, unless SC2 is your first RTS you ever play, then it's kinda good.

that match 2 with m2k was nice and showed what he could do

didn't expect to see him go to RoM. maybe he was already in the ec for vacation? if not, then that's some dedication

He beat Cyrain in pools, Chillin and Thorn in bracket, iirc.

Darrell *****. Top 10 showing in a national and all you can say is that it's nothing spectacular?

Man. Us Samus mains have to turn water into wine to impress you haters.

Get@Darrell for placing higher at RoM4 than at some Norcal locals. Hardest tournaments in the world are in NY, right guys? Guys?

Darrell is really impressive. And also quite fine. And I say this as someone who isn't into ethnics.

LOOOOOL
Nice

And Plup, I'd love to play Colbol finally, never ran into him or any Florida spacies really. But regarding Apex, I'll go if I find enough time to get in shape after I graduate from school next month. Money is an issue too, but yeah.

lol, andre. responding w/the quickness. if the only set he saw was against m2k, then his post makes even less sense. that mu is balls and darrell was getting off in game 2

I'd like to know who he lost to this year at ROM and compare it to his performance last year.

I'm really interested in knowing who took him out last year and prevented him from getting top 10 at ROM 3.

how exactly does one comment on a player's performance w/o knowing who they played?
I was just judging from the posted bracket image and the placements that I know of. So I have a rough idea of who he played and I don't think anyone is really surprised at his victories. Despite that however I guess he had an acceptable performance.
