Plup is ridiculously good. He reads people really well. Reminds me of Armada a little...

I dont think IHSB's is the next big Samus.... he's really good and all, but like, Im sure theres better :p
I agree with this man. I lack the natural talent, live in a region that has maybe 4 top-level players (most of whom I rarely see), and really, if I was going to be "the next big thing" I would have done it by now. I'm perfectly content with being entertaining, having fun, and ****** in my own way.

And that makes you top level to most people bro. You may not be the next Hugs or nothing, but there ain't nobody who you can't make sweat at least a little, and that's saying something.

In my book, after playing a good amount of friendlies with him, being his pool leader, and watching the rest of his matches, I have to say, I'm pretty sure SpaceBalls is the solid #2-#3 Samus. Nothing wrong with that.

Honestly IHSB's Samus is the only samus I don't find boring to play. Yes, this means your samus is also boring, Wes. lool

I can even play FD/Kirby64 vs Jack and ugh...usually Peach vs Samus on those stages takes forever LOL

oh, well i wanna play him, but i wouldn't really want to see that guy in my pool at apex.

i learned a few tricks playing phanna over the summer. but i'm sure spaceballs stuff is a little trickier even than phanna.

it's funny cause spaceballs has always had the choice to play gay and camp and do whatever lame thing it takes to significantly increase your chances of winning

but every time he instead just does cool combos and wins

Watched some of his videos and it's quite impressive to say the least, not boring like most samus mains, I think he will go far if he wants to.

Or maybe it's just that much harder to overcome bad match-ups? Don't you think so? =P It's just the reward to beat a good player with a tough character is that much sweeter. I don't believe in that natural talent crap, it's about understanding.. it just takes longer for some of course.

I can work as hard as I want to get good at basketball, but Kobe is always gonna school me.

He's a natural and he's built for it. So, I feel that natural talent has something to do with some things. However, I also think that Jack has the natural talent, and that's what's got him as far as he is with a bad character. The rest is just perseverance and learning difficult matchups.
