I'll start with something simple then.

The Thinker
thinker.png

A statue of the Thinker from 1-1. It is actually a clock and discovering this was key to saving his very first client. When thrown, it will fly in an overhead arching manner and will deal 5% of damage to a targeted player as well as stun them for 1.5 seconds. This can be used in combos as an extension giving Phoenix room to run up and finish off with a smash attack or another strong KO move.

I have multiple ideas for evidence. Let me know if I am not permitted to submit this many.

Baseball Glove
1642000591390.png

Originally from Justice For All.

A yellow baseball glove. Allows Phoenix to reflect projectiles from the front for a short time. If an item is thrown at him while he is empty-handed, he is able to catch and automatically grab said item.

Sacred Urn
1642000720379.png

Originally from Justice For All (also appears in Trials and Tribulations).

A relic of the Fey family. Phoenix will throw this a short distance; when it hits an opponent or a surface, it breaks, flinging shards in various directions. (The impact does significant damage, the shards much less so.)

Shichi****o (...)
1642000386932.png

Originally from Trials and Tribulations.

A ceremonial sword from a statue. When used, Phoenix swings it forward in an arc. The swing is slow, but has high power and wide range.

Scooter
1642000506207.png

Originally from Trials and Tribulations.

A pink scooter. Phoenix gets on it and rides around (clearly nervous about the speed). Behaves like Wario's Wario Bike.

Stuffed Animal Bomb
1641999807185.png

Originally from Dual Destinies.

This plush elephant actually contains an advanced bomb. It behaves like a Bob-omb, except it does not waddle back and forth before exploding and its explosion radius is slightly larger. Upon exploding, the animal will stay in place, covered in soot; it will blink away within a few seconds unless Phoenix picks it up.

Carbonated Water Bottle

Originating from TGAA presented during the first trial "The Adventure of the Great Departure" as another method to kill the suspect after doubting the wound on the report, when thrown it made a small puddle that damages the enemy overtime like Plant's poison and will stay for 2 seconds, a great way to rack up damage and is more effective at high damage allowing for an instant death (figuratively, not literally).

I feel like we should limit these to only pieces of evidence phoenix has directly held/used in the games
I'm more or less just pick the ones that have a unique effect, but I prefer having some from other game outside the original trilogy considering it's just a great way for a callback and it's just natural for him to pick up things that he doesn't knew will work as every new case has new evidence outside of a few exceptions.

Autopsy Report:
1642004901760.png

A piece of evidence that's common in the Ace Attorney series. Phoenix presents this and enters a counterstate where, when triggered, causes a weak 0.6x damage multiplier in reflecting damage, but Phoenix can autoturn towards the last opponent that triggered the counter for 15 seconds, better aiding him in any combos he may do to them.

Wiretap:
1642005160450.png

A major piece of evidence in the Turnabout Sisters case. You throw the Wiretap and hit them for 5% damage and weak knockback, and your other projectiles have a lock-on effect for 12 seconds, automatically heading for that opponent's position.

Samurai Spear:
1642005396212.png

A spear found in the Turnabout Samurai case. When using this, Phoenix will thrust the Samurai Spear forwards like Byleth's Side Smash, dealing 11% damage normally, but 16% damage and higher knockback at the tip. Hitting an opponent with it causes it to break in half, since duct tape doesn't really help put a weapon together in a fight.

Attorney's Badge
A staple piece of evidence from every Ace Attorney game. It... doesn't do anything. But it sure does look neat! (Maybe better suited for a taunt.)

Metal Detector
One of the pieces of evidence borrowed from Detective Gumshoe for the investigation of Robert Hammond's murder. It can be thrown for a decent bit of damage, or used once (1 time) to get an item.

Although it isn't exactly evidence, a dancing version of it was a piece of evidence, so I'll try anyway...

Blue Badger is my evidence submission. It would be a plush, and shaped like how it was in the Rise From The Ashes Case:

This is your joke attack. When Phoenix uses it, he throws it forwards, dealing 0.5% damage, as well as making a squeaking sound.

Music Disk - The Great Ace Attorney

Figured that if we're going to have a ton of evidence spots in use we might as well make a reference to one of the spin off games as well. The disk acts as a quick projectile to fire out and causes temporary bleeding damage.

This is a piece of evidence and a mechanic in Rise from Ashes, The attack has phoenix taking it out and spraying it forward and anyone hit gains a blue glow and takes more damage for a small amount of time

Missile

Appearing in Turnabout Goodbyes, Missile is a certified Good Boy and a piece of Evidence. When used Missile will run and attack the nearest opponent, This would be a heat seeking attack.

More evidence!

Trucy's Magic Panties
magicpanties.png

The uh... magic panties that belong to Wright's adopted daughter Trucy. They tend to make things disappear and pop them back out. If Phoenix Wright uses Trucy's magic panties near an opponent, they will be sucked in and launched straight upwards. The launch rate increases the higher the opponent's percentage is but deals little to no damage at a measly 1.2%

Seashell Pattern Card
ev_case4_ShellysCallingCard_eng.png

A terrifying sight to anyone in the legal business of the Ace Attorney world. The following information will tredge into spoiler territory, be warned. What may seem like an ordinary patterned card is actually a calling card placed at the murder scenes by the infamous assassin, Shelly deKiller. This item sparked one of Wright's most desperate cases in the entire franchise. When Phoenix uses the card, he will spin it around in his hands like the character Adrian Andrews depicted below.

Andrews-Thinking-2-HD.gif

He will then haphazardly toss it behind him. The attack has a short range and cannot be picked back up as well as a slow startup animation. If it hits another player, they will be hit with a strong 24% damaging attack that will send the opponent straight down. If the opponent hits the ground, they will be hit back up. The card's primary use is to be used as an edgeguarding tool if you can predict your opponents recovery. Just don't let Villager or Isabelle pocket it-!

We will be leaving Evidence open until tomorrow but I will say we won’t be accepting every single piece of evidence at this trial as there’s a lot to comb through and it may cause the an unbalanced and unfair outcome.

That's fair. I see some dupes in terms of item types. But it would be a sin to decline Missile!!! 🥺
In my fan moveset, Missile was Wright's side special although with how this moveset works, I feel it might be better to suit an Objection as the side B. Or maybe the speech bubbles should be smash attacks? Your thoughts?

Objection absolutely needs to be his neutral special, if nothing else to make Kirby say it.

The list is as such:
  1. The Thinker
  2. Sacred Urn
  3. Shichi****o
  4. Carbonated Water Bottle
  5. Autopsy Report
  6. Wiretap
  7. Attorney’s Badge
  8. Metal Detector
  9. Polly
  10. Music Disc
  11. Luminol Fluid
  12. Seashell Pattern Card
Missile will not be included as we will save him as a possible attack or special attack.

In addition, we are adjusting the Luminol Fluid as it’s similar to the Carbonated Water Bottle. When used, it will not cause increased damage. Instead, it reduces the opponents attack damage output by 2.5x for a certain amount of time.

With this in mind, we will begin submitting

Phoenix Wright Moveset

Remember that the down special is currently used up. In addition, we would prefer that Phoenix refrains from using Evidence-based items in a matter that his Down Special is. This is to differentiate his Down Special Evidence from his other specials and attacks.

Please submit Specials, Normals, Grabs, Aerials, Misc, and Final Smashes. Please try to include them in one post to make it easier for us to comb through them and fit in with what works. Also, please group them together in posts as it’s more organized and easier to read.

Phoenix Moveset:
Normal attacks (A attacks)
Jab
: Phoenix does two punches and a small finger point. The finger point is has the spiky thing from the logo (I don't know what it is really, but it would look good on the move to make it more unique than the other finger points I have put into his moveset).
Forward tilt: Phoenix sneezes forwards like in Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3. This has a hitbox which covers the entire sneeze, which fades away as the sneeze does. This hits opponents upwards, which can lead easily into aerials for combos. This move is obviously inspired by Phoenix's cold from 3-1 and 3-5 (although it is not shown directly to the player in the second of the two).
Up tilt: Phoenix screams "Take That!" while uppercutting. No bubble appears for this. This is inspired by 4-1. This move is very strong if it hits, like Megaman's up tilt.
Down tilt: Phoenix crouches down and searches the floor. His hands hit opponents who are nearby enough to touch them.
Dash attack: Phoenix taps his papers while walking forward, doing three taps in total before stopping. When he taps the paper, the hitbox appears and stays until the paper stops shaking. This means that if Phoenix hits the first tap, all of the other's should hit if the opponent is on a low percentage.
Get up attack: Phoenix stands up a bit too fast and nearly falls over. This means that he stumbles back a bit. Anybody he hits when stumbling back takes damage.
Ledge attack: Phoenix jumps up from the ledge and barges forward a bit with his shoulder. This is based on 2-2.

Aerials
Neutral air
: Phoenix swings the Samurai Spear around him, similarly to Shulk's neutral air, but without the same range.
Forward air: Phoenix swings the magatama forward to hit opponents with.
Back air: Phoenix swings Widget behind him, which creates a hologram of the loading screen from the Mood Matrix. This works like Mr Game and Watch's back air, where it hits multiple times.
Up air: Phoenix raises his hands and Apollo's braclet appears above him like in the Perceive mechanic. It spins around which multi-hits the opponent. I think it should be similar in looks to Zelda's up air, but has the same affect as Palutena's up air.
Down air: Phoenix swings the Judge's gavel downwards, which hits the opponents downwards.

Smashes
Forward smash
: Objection. Phoenix does his finger point and shouts "Objection!". The Objection bubble from the games appears in front of Phoenix, with a large hitbox that covers the entire bubble.
Up smash: Hold it. Phoenix points diagonally upwards and shouts "Hold It!". The Hold it bubble appears on the end of his finger, and whoever it hits is paralysed for a short amount of time, similar to Zero Suit Samus's down smash.
Down smash: Desk slam. A desk appears in front of Phoenix and he slams his hands down on it like in the games. Anybody touching the desk is hit, and small shockwaves are given off which hit people who aren't touching Phoenix, however, less damage is done.

Specials (B attacks)
Neutral special
: Finger point. Phoenix does his "forceful finger point" animation from the end of 3-5, 3-5. There is a windbox in front of this attack, which hits opponents who are close enough. The tip of Phoenix's finger has a hitbox on it, which has a sweetspot when it first comes out, but if hit after the sweetspot goes away, only very low damage is dealt.
Down special: Present evidence. Phoenix shows a piece of evidence off. The evidence is a piece of paper with a picture on it. Phoenix Wright uses his Down B to choose a evidence and uses it for attacking the Opponents. The Evidences are:
  1. The Thinker
  2. Sacred Urn
  3. Shichi****o
  4. Carbonated Water Bottle
  5. Autopsy Report
  6. Wiretap
  7. Attorney’s Badge
  8. Metal Detector
  9. Polly
  10. Music Disc
  11. Luminol Fluid
  12. Seashell Pattern Card

Up Special: Achoo! Phoenix looks down and sneezes so powerfully that goes upwards in air like Wario Waft, but without charging the move to go more higher. He gives normal damage when he hits opponent with his body, but his sneeze gives small damage, but huge knockback!
Side Special: Maya's Help. Phoenix will summon his assistant Maya to create a shield with her um, psychic powers in front of him. While the shield is in front of him, it can block any projectiles and attacks. Maya can only hold the shield for 4 seconds before she gets tired and runs away. Maya's shield can even block dodges. However, Maya can only block in front of her and Phoenix is open from above. But, if you hold the special move button down then Maya will instead use Steel Samurai Maya Smelting! She'll dash forward while swinging her arms all over the place which hits opponents multiple times before launching them in front of her. Phoenix can move around and attack while she's dashing and Maya can pass through any projectiles with this. Even Final Smashes. The first picture is Maya's shield and the second is Steel Samurai.

Final smash: Psyche lock. Similar to Captain Falcon's final smash. Phoenix pulls out his magatama and holds it in front of him. He shouts "Take that!" and a bubble appears in front of him for a second. Anybody who gets hit by the bubble is transported to an empty black space, 5 psyche locks appear on the screen, like in the games, and then they break and explode quickly. The opponents trapped will be sent flying.

Grabs + throws
Grab
: Phoenix uses Franziska's whip to grab opponents, similarly to Zero Suit Samus's grab. This can also be used to grab the ledge and hit opponents in the air.
Forward throw: Phoenix throws the opponent up diagonally in the air and throws a mug of coffee after them. The coffee is obviously inspired by Godot. This move is similar to the Mii Gunner's back throw, except the opponent is thrown forward instead of backwards.
Back throw: Phoenix throws the opponent backwards and trips them up.
Up throw: Phoenix leans back a bit and throws the opponent upwards.
Down throw: Phoenix slams his hands downwards to throw the opponent onto the ground.

Up Taunt: Phoenix does his "confident" pose while Apollo and Athena cheer him on. Apollo would say something like "You're fine!" and Athena would say something like "Go, Mr Wright!". There's probably a better thing that Athena could say though, but I can't think of anything.

Back Taunt:
Phoenix will pant and sweat like he does in the games.

Forward Taunt:
Phoenix sneezes into his elbow.

Down Taunt: Phoenix takes a drink of Grape Juice or Coffee. This doens't give any effects.

Shielding
Shield
: Phoenix curves his arms over his head to protect it, like his "in despair" animation, most notably used when in 2-4.
Roll forward: Phoenix jumps forward a bit to avoid the opponent.
Roll backward: Phoenix throws confetti up in the air as a distraction for the opponent and runs backwards.
Spot dodge: Phoenix leans back away from all of the opponents.
Air dodge: Phoenix starts to fall back a bit and flails around, making him avoid any attacks oncoming. He eventually manages to get back to his normal falling pose which ends the air dodge.
Shield break: When his shield is broken, Phoenix initially does his shock animation as he is in the air. When he lands, he does his sweating animation until he recovers.

Other animations
Entrance
: Phoenix starts behind his bench from the courtroom and jumps over it. The defense bench then disappears.
Idle animation 1: Phoenix does his "sheepish"/"abashed" pose (the one with his hand behind his head).
Idle animation 2: Phoenix runs his hands through his hair like in the opening of Dual Destinies.
Victory animation 1: Phoenix points towards the screen, like how he does when he is claiming the witness did the crime and the witness is about to breakdown in the 3ds games. He says "The real killer... was you!", or some other similar line. Confetti also falls down the screen like when a lawyer wins a case in all of the games.
Victory animation 2: Maya congratulates Phoenix on winning, saying something like "You did it, Nick!". She is also eating a burger. Confetti falls down the screen here as well.
Victory animation 3: Phoenix will show his Ace Attorney badge. He also smiles to camera after that.
Victory music: Objection 2001 plays from the beginning until 0:08. This has a few extra notes on the end to make sure it doesn't just sound wrong and makes sure it doesn't just end suddenly.

(I was trying to do whole moveset, but don't worry, some of attacks can be used in Smash Infinite Moveset. If whole movesets are not allowed, then I'm gonna post some his moves. No worries here)
Credit to to u/TheOneTrueBarry from Reddit and Dbestxd from Deviantart for most parts of Moveset.
Some alterations were made by me.

Up Special

Ladder/Stepladder

In the air Phoenix will throw a Rope Ladder that can cling onto the stage which he proceeds to climb up, On the ground Phoenix pulls out a stepladder which he climbs, The Stepladder can be knocked down and it deals damage to enemies that it falls on to.

Grab: Phoenix shouts "HOLD IT" as the speech bubble from the game appears and if the opponent is in the bubble they are caught in 2 looping chains and a lock appears
Phoenix is then seen holding the Magatama

Pummel: The Chains Constrict

Throws: all of them are the lock and chains exploding launching the opponent in the selected direction, Down throw grounds.

Up Smash: Maya jumps excitedly in the air with her hands up

I'll submit some moves from my moveset. I actually quite like the smash attacks being the speech bubbles.

Regular Attacks

Jab: Phoenix proceeds to sort his papers out by tapping on them with the back of his hand resembling his animation.

Forward Tilt: Phoenix will simply reach out his finger sending a gust of wind from it.

Down Tilt: Phoenix will quickly drink a cup of coffee and then move the rest of the cup downwards, spilling hot coffee in front of him and behind him. This attack is based on one of his unique animations at the end of Ace Attorney: Trials and Tribulations.

Up Tilt: Maya Fey will jump on Phoenix’s back and pop confetti into the air.

Dash Attack: Phoenix pulls out a bicycle and rides right into the opponent before putting it away. This makes reference to the Ace Attorney anime where it’s revealed he bikes to work rather than driving.

Grab/Throws

Grab: Phoenix yells “Hold It!” with a speech bubble appearing above him as a witness stand rises up and traps the opponent into it.

Pummel: He proceeds to file out his papers and forces the opponent to “testify” on the stand causing them to take damage.

Forward Throw: Phoenix throws his papers at the opponent causing them to fly forward.

Back Throw: Phoenix Wright attempts to throw papers at the grappled target but Maya appears in front of him and shocks him, sending the opponent backwards along the ground.

Down Throw: Phoenix will slam the witness stand like he does at his desk burying his opponent for a short amount of time. The burial can be mashed out of.

Up Throw: Phoenix will throw papers upwards behind him, sending the opponent in the same direction as well.

Aerials

Neutral Air: Phoenix spins from side to side with his briefcase out.

Forward Air: Phoenix brings his briefcase full of evidence in a downwards motion. The attack can spike.

Back Air: Phoenix waves his briefcase backwards causing papers to spill out giving the attack an extended range.

Down Air: Phoenix will pull out a metal detector downwards and quickly fall downwards with it. Any metal opponents will take extra damage from it.

Up Air: Maya pops confetti in an upwards arch.

Side Special (Missile): Missile the dog pounces forth from Phoenix's magical hammerspace. Missile acts as a semi-summoned character but only temporarily. Think of him more like a very high quality projectile. Missile's initial action will be to pounce forward dealing damage if he hits anyone. Missile will then attempt to jump to Phoenix if he is nearby. If he isn't, Missile will waot unril Phoenix gets close to his range. When Missile runs back to Phoenix, the player may input side special attack to command him to bounce off of Phoenix and to pounce forward again in the direction pressed. After this, Missile will definitively disappear. The purpose of this attack will be to extend combos and for the second strike from Missile to be a KO option at higher percentages.

I'll do some Smash attacks I guess:

Up Smash - Sneezing. Based on his sneezing animation Phoenix will look upwards and sneeze. This will cause gust as well

Side Smash - Finger Point. Phoenix will point his finger accusingly at you and HOLD IT!!!, GOTCHA!!!!!!, or OBJECTION

Down Smash - Phoenix determinately slams his hands in a downward motion on a desk, much like when he's about to make a point in a case. The desk has the hitbox from the side and causes knockback if someone gets trapped underneath it

The trial of the Forged Moveset Submission will commence…

The Prosecution brings into the question of a possible forged moveset posted by one Tankman from Newgrounds. Below it the evidence which was surfaced more than an hour ago before this trial…

This move is obviously inspired by Phoenix's cold from 3-1 and 3-5 (although it is not shown directly to the player in the second of the two).

Ledge attack: Phoenix jumps up from the ledge and barges forward a bit with his shoulder. This is based on 2-2.

Based on surfaced evidence, the prosecution has unearthed that such a moveset can be found here:

Evidence 1

The prosecution firmly believes that the moveset posted by Tankman is a moveset largely lifted and slightly altered by Tankman for the purpose of submitting a moveset…

There is no ruling that movesets cannot be lifted from another source; wether it be on or off site. No such rules were posted by the owners of thread which renders any ruling against it useless.

Indeed, that is true. However, in order for such a moveset to be submitted, prior citation should be given with proper credits to the move maker.

In addition, this is a community project and movesets are made by our users who are regulars here. Submitting content from someone else’s moveset who isn’t affiliated with this project goes against the intention of this thread.

Furthermore…

By accepting moveset content that was developed by a third party instead by our own users, we undermine and create distrust among the regulars. Our content ceases to be about “us” and rather a large and unattached collective which lacks a creative drive which we espouse in this thread. Thus, we prevent ourselves from each full creative value as we export creative ideas from other sources without doing to the proper research and work to ensure our work is of high quality.

The verdict

it’s not against the rules to submit another person’s moveset in place of your own but please give proper citation and credit with a link to that moveset. In addition, if it’s on Smashboards, please tag them so they know. We can’t confirm that such content will be included as we first and foremost value the input and ideas by our thread regulars and will only use third party content when we truly need to. This keeps the thread about those who developed the game and utilizes all our creative input.

The trial of the Forged Moveset Submission will commence…

The Prosecution brings into the question of a possible forged moveset posted by one Tankman from Newgrounds. Below it the evidence which was surfaced more than an hour ago before this trial.

To not feel guilty, I can give the credit to u/TheOneTrueBarry from Reddit and Dbestxd from Deviantart for most parts of Moveset.
Some alterations were made by me.

Side Special:
1642111914786.png

The one thing everybody seems to remember Ace Attorney by. With this move, Phoenix will wind up, taking a deep breath and readying his arm, before pointing it forwards and hollering, "OBJECTION", his pointing finger summoning the speech bubble and text you see in the above picture. This doesn't give you much when it comes to damage, only dealing a measly 7% damage, but if you're hit while winding this up, you can counter it for a base of 1.2x, + 0.1x per piece of Evidence you have in your possession.

Side Smash:
1642112330250.png

Phoenix raises a pointed finger up into the air, winding up and breathing in slightly, before placing a fist on his side, pointing forwards and shouting, "TAKE THAT!" As he does so, the speech bubble above will be summoned, but will be much smaller than the "OBJECTION" from Side Special. This does not have the Side Special's counter properties, but in turn, it's a fast attack that can deal upwards of 16% if you hit.

Down Smash:
1642112476841.png

"Order In The Court!"
Phoenix gets a chill up his spine and turns around as a large, scary-looking version of the Judge from Ace Attorney appears, gavel raised. Upon release, Phoenix will brace for impact as the illusory gavel smashes down on him, harming anyone in his way, but surprisingly not harming the defense attorney in question. This deals 23% damage and heavy upwards knockback. Though a Super in UMvC3, this is based on a nightmare Phoenix had in Ace Attorney: Justice for All.

Phoenix's Grabs

Grab: Magatama and Psyche-Locks

When Phoenix grabs, he holds out his hand forwards, with the Magatama ominously floating and glowing. When Phoenix does this, a small hitbox appears in front of him. If a fighter gets caught in the hitbox, they get chained up by Psyche-Locks.

Pummel:
For the pummel, Phoenix puts away the Magatama and pulls out paper and slaps it causing the Psyche-Locks to squeeze. The pummel animation comes from one of Phoenix's sprites:

I may edit grabs later

A bit late but here is the King Boo moveset.

Normals
JabGhastly Jab
Adrianette Bromide Adrianette Bromide
King Boo will perform a rabid jab that begins with him sticking his tongue out and slapping it up and down against the ground.
DashPhantom Push
Adrianette Bromide Adrianette Bromide
King Boo will ram straight forward with his whole body.
FTiltCrown Stab
Leadership
Head butts and stabs the opponent with his crown.
UTiltJump Scare

DTiltBoo Bounce
Leadership
Slams downward and hits the ground which can spike opponents up.
F SmashPortrait Scare
Tankman from Newgrounds Tankman from Newgrounds
King Boo summons portrait in front of Himself and he passes thought itself with huge Scare that gives 10% Damage for KOing an Opponent. This move has Super Armor, so Sonic won't KO him while doing his Side Smash.
U SmashKing's Call
Jomosensual Jomosensual
King Boo creates a portal under himself while channeling his crown's power. He then let's out a loud shriek as countless Boos fly out of the portal, dealing multiple hits of damage and reaching rather far upwards. Based on the scene in Luigi's Mansion where the Boos are released.
D SmashBowser Suit Strike
Janx_uwu Janx_uwu
A Bowser costume, like the one from the original Luigi's Mansion, comes out of the ground and starts charging up a slamming attack, as King Boo quickly teleports into it. The suit punches downward with both hands (resembling Bowser's main attack from Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story). This does a ton of damage and knockback, and if you land the sweetspot in a 1v1 fight, the camera will zoom in for dramatic effect like with Kazuya's Side Smash. The head of the Bowser suit will pop off at the end of the attack, and the expression on King Boo's face as this happens will be determined by whether or not the attack was successful. (And yes, the head will pop off at a random angle and will deal a minimal amount of damage and knockback to those hit by it-but other than for funny clips it's basically useless).

Aerials
N AerialSpinning Boo
Tankman from Newgrounds Tankman from Newgrounds
King Boo surrounds himself with spinning Ring of Boos, which it gives 4.5% Damage per Boo.
F AerialTongue Stab
Leadership
Stabs forward with his tongue. Has a sweetspot like Zelda which deals high damage and knockback.
B AerialSlobber Spin
Wario Wario Wario Wario Wario Wario
King Boo sticks out his tongue and spins backwards, licking any foe behind him and dealing a powerful but small bite when he's forwards again.
U AerialBoo Blast
Leadership
King Boo screams which causes three Boos to shoot upwards.
D AerialTongue Lash
Adrianette Bromide Adrianette Bromide
His tongue is swiped back and forward diagonally below him.

Throws and Misc
GrabGrab
Yiptap Yiptap
King Boo summons a Boo that charges forward a bit to grab a fighter.
PummelLick
Yiptap Yiptap
King Boo licks the opponent with his tongue as the Boo holds the fighter for King Boo to lick.
F ThrowTrapped
Yiptap Yiptap
The Boo tosses the fighter at King Boo who creates a painting that traps the opponent. (The painting would have the fighter's official Smash render) King Boo then slams it forward, causing it to break and send the opponent flying.
B ThrowTrouble
Yiptap Yiptap
Throws the opponent behind him with his tongue.
U ThrowBoo Parade
Yiptap Yiptap
King Boo summons two other Boos that carry the opponent into the air and then drop them to the ground.
D ThrowSmokey Sinister
Yiptap Yiptap
The Boo disappears in a cartoonty cloud of smoke. King Boo then goes under the ground with the fighter, where you can hear King Boo cackling as the fighter's damage racks up, and then goes back up, sending the opponent flying.
Ledge AttackEvil Grin
Leadership
King Boo bites down as he pulls himself up.
Floor AttackDeath Roll
Leadership
Rolls around while dealing damage on all sides.

Specials and Final Smash
Neutral SpecialSpike Ball
Adrianette Bromide Adrianette Bromide
The King throws an explosive Spike Ball that rolls forwards until it either hits a player, projectile, hazard or slows down enough to the point of stopping. In each case the Spike Ball will explode and King Boo can’t use the attack again until it’s gone. If the Spike Ball is eaten by a character like Kirby, King Dedede or Wario, it will explode as well. The Spike Ball has a unique property with Luigi’s Poltergust G-00 where Luigi can grab it and shoot it back.
Side SpecialBig Boo Blow
Tankman from Newgrounds Tankman from Newgrounds
King Boo inhales huge amount of air and blows off so hard that could send opponents far away with far horizontal knockback. It can be used as anti-recovery move when King Boo stands on Edgs and blows off Opponent to Blast Zone.
It doesn't give any damage, but it can blow you off to Oblivion.
Up SpecialBoo Bomb
Adrianette Bromide Adrianette Bromide
Similarly to Super Dedede Jump, King Boo will leap into the air and slam downwards dealing a lot of damage with enough power to kill at 60% and will break shields. The ground pound will emit shockwaves that travel along any solid ground and it might just protect him from the attack’s slow getup animation. King Boo will always leap into the air whether he is on the ground or in the air but his vertical distance will be determined by how long the special button is held.
Down SpecialBoo Crown Storm
GolisoPower GolisoPower

King Boo will gain an intense glint in his eyes as he charges his crown with power. Upon releasing the B button, at least one bolt of lightning will come striking down, similar to Thundaga. However, there's a trick to it: Every 20 frames you can charge up to 5 bolts of lightning, and you can influence where it strikes, starting directly in front of you, in between strikes. Each lightning bolt does 6% damage and medium-low knockback.
Final SmashFrightening Portrait
Venus of the Desert Bloom Venus of the Desert Bloom
Based partially on how he traps Mario and the gang in a portrait in LM3, King Boo pulls up an empty portrait which acts similar to Mega Man’s FS where it sucks in opponents nearby. Once it finishes, it will transport the player to a Mansion-type setting where King Boo will cackle. He then takes an empty portrait and slams it down onto the opponent. While the attack can technically capture up to 7 characters, it will only capture 5 total with the remaining trapped just getting minimal damage. This is rendered by the first characters who get sucked in. The reason why this mentioned is because when the portrait is pulled back up, the players who were hit get stuck in the portrait. This causes them to be visible in the portrait would could lead to some fun compilation videos of every Infinite character getting trapped. They could even get unique poses and such. After that, King Boo will cackle while next to the portrait with lightning flashing. They are then transports players back to the stage and will launch them.
