yea it was pretty interesting; you would intuitively think that your approach to the matchup would be the correct one, but somehow falco gets outcamped by zelda

today when i tried to use my controller it was always going right, and i reset/unplugged like 10 times and even tried reseting/restarting GC and all that ****

i got it to work for some tech skill practice, then as soon as a friend came over it worked for like 1 minute of a friendly and it started that **** again

so basicly i HAVE to get a new controller...is there anyone that can check prices for me down at like gamestop and see if there are any brand new controllers anywhere around there =/

No worries, the last post had nothing to do with you, it's actually a real fear of mine and has been on one for awhile. I love Bowser so much, that the only real thing that would make me switch is if I felt I was hurting the scene by playing him. Because of this, our scene would much more benefit from its' members playing characters that are actually played often in tourney. This would afford the members of the scene more matchup experience in the matchups that count in the current metagame. So, by picking a character like Bowser, that most people don't even have to bother learning how to fight, I am doing much much less for the scene than I could be. And in turn, indirectly hurting it.

I'll see what I can do. The person I talked to was kind of concerned that there weren't any Owen residents. So no guarantees, but I'll let you know what I come up with.

Also, winning JUST because people don't know the matchup isn't that satisfying. Here's something you probably don't know, did you know my Bowser edgeguards against spacies are actually quite subpar?

What should be happening is flame the ledge for sweet spotter, or back air the non sweet spotter as the illusion or firefox comes in, instead of just ftiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiilt.
