Hey guys, who got 7th @ Edwardsville? FYI, the people who got 7th are the one who were eliminated by Gambino before he played Metal, and the one who were eliminated by Toga before he beat Zoze.
Edit 2: So Future definitely got 7th with ICs, but now I'm thinking the other 7th might have been that Diddy kid. the only thing is that I played him 3rd round in the top half of winner's, which I think should have put him in the bottom half of loser's in which case future would have beat him before playing Toga. Anyone know if future played that Diddy player, or any other information? I'm only obsessed with it now because it's like a puzzle where a single additional clue will allow us to solve it.

Anywayz, I had really fun at this tournament. First off, why didn't I know that the tvs would be laggy before I got there? It wasn't too bad, and the trip was definitely worth it. It just would have been nice to know.
Kyle- Good stuff. First game was super close, and I'll try to learn this janky stages. We do live in the midwest afterall, and with half of the tournaments being run by OS crew, they're going to be there. I knew you were good at this game, but I honestly didn't expect you to beat chewy or toga. You impressed me bunches, and thanks for inviting us to your place afterwards. It's always a pleasure seeing you.
Metal- It was nice to meet you and some of the other newer faces to the St. Louis scene. You're a really chill guy, and I would definitely stop by to one of your things if I'm ever in town on a Tuesday night, lol. Get that metaknight practice down, like Toga said, just watch a bunch of vids or even read char specific forums (recommend vids). I'm kind of in the same boat, but different. The only brawl experience I have really is against Metaknight, Zozefup. I know what I'm doing in the ditto, but I learned the other matchups from videos. I don't know if you would have won the ditto or not. I'm pretty confident I know what I'm doing in them, but I am 1-2 in tourney sets, lol.
Toga- Wario is nasty. I'm going to need to study up on him some more. Good games, and thanks for leading us to Kyle's. Most of the time when we follow people during tournaments, we're running red lights, cutting off cars, just trying to keep up, so good driving, lol.
Chewy- Thanks for the IC training and friendlies afterwards. Hopefully I'll run into you and Ripple at another tourney.
Future- Didn't get to play you, but I saw some good stuff from your IC. Hope to see you in the future.
Kolby- Pretty good pikachu. First match was really close, and a rematch would be cool. Thanks for the metaknight compliment, and are you from edwardsville?
Milk- I never got to play you. Thanks for telling us about the tourney. Just for the record, I have no idea who you play. I was looking before the tournaments and saw vids of snake and ness. You had a samus avatar, Zoze thinks he saw you playing a lot of marth at the tourney. Hehe, I was kind of anxious to see who you'd go against me, but I never got the chance.
Zoze- Thanks for taking us to the tournament. Metaknight is good. Don't get too carried away with all these counterpicks to pick apart the lesser played characters. We'll definitely have a backup or two prepared though.
Kimbo slice- Nice talking to you. It was cool hearing about the tourney in Chicago.
She-Geek- Thanks so much for coming to the tournament and giving me support. The trips are way better with you there. I'm sorry I couldn't watch your matches, and random scrubs left so you didn't get to play a match.
Random guy- Telling my girl friend you're not banning anything, and asking her where she wants to go, and then ban her choice is NOT COOL. Proceeding to tell her she needs to go back in the kitchen where she belongs during the match is DEFINITELY NOT COOL. If I ever find out who you are or see you again, you will receive a lot hell from me. You don't belong in tournaments. You're not pleasant to be around, and you're not good. Don't go.
Finally, is two metaknights actually a crew? You guys are all complaining about the metaknights you played, but all I got to play were freaking pokemon. Jigglypuff, pikachu, and lucario all day. Luckily it stopped when I got to fight that diddy. I then got to see metal's dedede/falco, and toga's wario.
