SQUAT V: Housing and Equipment Thread (DOING TV PICKUPS FRIDAY)

This thread is for the organisation of both Housing and Equipment for SQUAT. Both of which will be vital the success of this tournament. As such, I think it's necessary to have a separate thread to make sure all the important posts are visible.

Don't leave this alone. Get onto it NOW and figure it out before it's too late. Contact the people who have expressed interest in housing, contact DJ Cat, Arrow, Hotdog, any of em.

State your numbers, how long you want to stay, etc.

Numbers so far:

Accelerate is housing: S.D, ComboTurtle
Arrow is housing: (Space for three)
Vyse is housing: Shaya
undead_moose is housing: Spots for 2 (Max 3) – Has no transport and lives out of the way however. Bussing is completely plausible though.
DJ Cat is housing: (He’s got a few people already, not sure whom though).

If you guys can't secure housing, this is some info on conveniently located accommodation. I'd suggest grabbing a room and piling tons of people into it to make it as cheap as possible.

Airport pickups....

When your flights are booked post details and I can pick people up from the airport and take them to housing whatever....

I am unsure if the cost is the same inbound....but city to airport trains cost $15 and there are no concession fares...plus people are new to Brissy and our public transport isn't that great so it would probably be better for people to get driven...

Additionally

On the morning of the tourney I will go to the most populated house (probably either Bob's or Antho's since he cant drive) and take people to the tourney

I can house a few people as we have a room here that no one uses and is just gathering dust... Problem with that is then getting to the venue seeming as I will most likely get a lift or something.
