I'll put two jobs here, since one is more of a quick feedback one.
Job #18: What form should the Profiles take?
Pretty much, should they be something other than Profiles? For example, in Smash, we’ve had Trophies, and Spirits and Stickers are somewhat related. I’ve thought of Trading Cards as an idea, as well, and that could even lead to its own side mode. So I’ll count “Trading Cards” as my submission. But does anyone have any other ideas? Go ahead and submit them. Trophies, Stickers, Action Figures, or still just Profiles? Anything else? Should these also be what our Assist item is in battle? What do you have to say?

Job #19: Submit any sort of item.
We have two items so far. We should probably get some more items going. Any that you can think of, from any media, represented or not. Keep them appropriate. You can submit weird things, and I suppose general real things, like a baseball bat or something. Depending on how many are submitted, we could include two, three, maybe even four.

For an item...

"Drink Me" Bottle (Alice in Wonderland)
A counterpart to the Super Mushroom. Rather than growing, it shrinks you upon contact. Would rather have this than the Poison Mushroom, which only barely looks different from the Super Mushroom in Smash. Maybe that's the point, but it's bothersome, IMO. But I also just think this is an interesting one to include.

Speaking of profiles, I think we should be mindful of which profiles we submit. Although obscure profile are okay, a real-life person (not even a character or celebrity) who appeared in one ad isn't really deserving of a profile (Characters like Nick O'Teen and Segata Kenshiro would be fine, as they are actually characters). Same goes for extremely niche/obscure characters from a certain company (Seriously, why does Urban Champion have a profile?). Also, meme characters like Fat Yoshi really shouldn't get profiles.

Job 18:

I'm a fan of sprite art, especially for characters and such that never received official sprites, so for the collectible forms taken by profiles, I'll submit keychains. This idea came to me from Kirby Triple Deluxe, which had them as little collectibles, and, while I’m all for them, 3D models would take longer to put together.

Job 19:

The item I'm submitting is the Spinach from Popeye. When grabbed/consumed, the user will receive a massive boost in strength and will have an easy time damaging and K.O'ing opponents. To prevent this from being too powerful, the user's speed will decrease by a bit and the item's effects will only last for a short time before wearing off.

The Noisy Cricket (from Men in Black)
Shoots a really powerful shot that continues to travel the entire length of the stage. However the user is also knocked back from the force of the blast (without taking damage). Each cricket contains four shots.

When summoned, you can throw it on opponent to stun it with great vertical knockback effect. You can drop it on Someone while mid-air (Also, it Spikes the opponent when touched the Anvil).

Action Figures

They could act like Trophies from Smash, but they can be got in Action Figure Capsule Machine (Similar to Melee Trophy lottery). You can place then at your Desktop or Shelf to fill your Collection of Action Figures.
You can make photos of them to Make profiles.

Job 19: Gravity Gun (Half-Life)

Gives the user a slightly higher grab range with more powerful throws. Can also grab items and throw them for a decent projectile attack. Damage is based on how heavy the item is + any damage it normally does if it's a weapon.

Job #20: Submit a female character.
I guess I thought of what we didn’t have, and all the characters so far are guys. So, with that, in this job, submit a female character from any medium.

My submission will be Chun-Li.
Chun-Li is one of the first prominent female video game characters, represents the fighting game genre pretty well, and she feels like more of a unique but still reasonable pick in comparison to Ryu, who would be kind of a boring cycle for doing the moveset for, to be honest. He’s in everything. Not a whole lot to do there unless we add a bunch of weird form-changes like MVC1 did or include Puzzle/Gem Fighter or something. Chun-Li’s also in almost as much, but feels slightly less basic and more unique in design and moveset, and it wouldn’t be as weird as if I put Cammy or Blanka or Juri or Skullomania or Obama or someone as the Street Fighter representative. Also we could probably do weird Gem Fighter stuff with her, too. Also also she keeps getting left out of the Smash Bros. of Another Universe one, so I feel bad for her somewhat.

Powerpuff Girls

Three of the most iconic cartoon characters of the past few decades and Cartoon Network's most popular characters by a landslide, Blossom; Bubbles; and Buttercup would fight together as a single unit, using flight to fight with a taller frame than they could use on their own, each girl reaching out for her respective moves. Being a trio would allow them to use their unique and combined superpowers, and of course their signature just-barely-family-friendly brutality would come into play too.

Sailor Moon

Won’t give too much of a description since I’m sure everyone knows who she is but sailor moon is one of the most well-known older anime series in the west and so I think she would be a good pick for this job. She would fight the way she does in the series and would likely summon her allies to help in a few attacks

Harley Quinn

While we probably should add the big Bat himself. I do think Harley would be a genuinely fun character to include. She went from a side character in a cartoon to a mainline DC character due to her sheer popularity, featuring in big budget Hollywood films and her own animated seires. She would use her mallet and could even summon Bud and Lou. Also her sheer number of outfits over the years gives us a lot of work with when it comes to alternative costumes. Might be a little early to add a 2nd DC character but I think it's very likely it and Marvel get a couple so.

Job 20: Elsa

One of, if not, the most famous female character in the past decade. Frozen had incredible success, so why not add Elsa? She could be a lightweight and fights with ice attacks. Overall, I think adding Elsa could be very interesting.

I believe Smash does exist in this universe, since it's been referenced a few times already,
