Job 16:

As I discussed Sonic earlier, I'll submit a stage from the series. Green Hill was my initial proposal, but seeing as there have been more varied locales throughout the games and because fans have complained about the recycling of the zone, I instead chose Aquarium Park from Sonic Colors, as it was remastered a few months back. Its layout is the same as the one in the image, except the stage is slightly wider and the water is raised to be right next to it. Wisps will fly by in the background and Eggman will sometimes speak over the intercom (I'm not using this as a way to deconfirm him, as the clips could be recycled from the original game).

If unofficial/fanmade characters are allowed, I'll submit Mecha Mario from SMBZ as an echo fighter for Mario. Personally, I think he makes a better echo than an alt.

As there have been several song and alt submissions for Santa, I'll submit Ian Hawke from Alvin and the Chipmunks as the ultimate wildcard echo. He would wear his Christmas getup (shown above) and would use mostly similar attacks; Santa's attacks haven't been decided on as of writing, but seeing as Ian is seen with a Santa sack in one scene and is shown to be rich and could probably buy whatever he wants, I think it works out. I guess he can be seen as a meme pick, as that's how most have rediscovered him. I understand if he or Mecha Mario aren't allowed for whatever reason.

Congratulations to the Yellow Submarine and Champion of Hyrule ! Sorry to the Dread-Yacht, though. Maybe Inugami Korone can commandeer it. Considering the amount of interesting options we had here, though, I'm hoping they all eventually crop back up.

Job #17: Submit a boss.
They can be from something already included in the game or something else. Pretty much, I just noticed that this is the only section we didn’t have anything for yet.

Here's my weirdo submission:

Spoiler: Master Body Parts

A strange, almost parody version of Master Hand & Crazy Hand that summons other disembodied body parts. One of them looks like the Dreadful Flying Glove from Yellow Submarine [well, would you look at that], and the other looks like the Hamburger Helper Hand. They do fight by themselves sometimes, the Flying Glove jetting into people, the Helping Hand whacking them with a giant wooden spoon, and both can just punch you, but the body parts they summon will do as such.

Giant Lipstick Mouth: Resembles the one from Rocky Horror Picture Show. Will bite people like Wario, or lick them, like the Rolling Stones logo.
Two Eyes: Can take a few forms. The one on the back of the dollar, Bill Cipher [who could be his own boss, but still], the CBS logo, etc., but together, both will look around in multiple directions and shoot out laser beams.
Big Nose: This nose will appear and try to snort you up with a mighty wind vacuum from its nostrils, but will then sneeze and blow you out.
Monty Python Foot: Simply comes down and stomps on you.
Fiend Without A Face: A brain and spinal cord leaps towards you and wraps around you, racking up damage before eventually releasing you. Unless you dodge it or beat it up first as it hops around the stage.
Skeletons: Just generic skeletons. They will come in jetting right towards you like Luigi’s Green Missile, hitting you from both left and right, but will immediately fall apart after doing so.

Some of these are obscure or just made up. Luckily I didn’t pick completely inappropriate ones [though the mouth gets close]. But I wasn’t lying when I said it was weird.

One of the most famous monsters in pop culture, debuting in H. P. Lovecraft's short story the Call of Cthulhu. A great old one who sleeps beneath the ocean in his sunken city of R'lyeh, waiting to return and destroy the world. Cthulhu has become a pop culture icon, becoming more than his original intent. As a boss, Cthulhu will rise out of the ocean, swiping at opponents and using his huge size to attack. He will use dark magic and his madness inducing abilities to weaken fighters.

Job 17:

Gravity Falls is one of the most popular and acclaimed modern cartoons out there, so I thought I'd add Bill Cipher, its main antagonist and a fan favorite, as a boss. In addition to floating around the stage and teleporting like Marx in Smash Ultimate, he uses a variety of different attacks based on abilities from the show:

• Fireballs: This is based on Bill's association with fire, particularly blue fire. He will summon several blue fireballs from the top of the battle arena and will send in them out in different directions.
• Light speed: Based on this GIF, he quickly flies to the other side of the stage, dealing damage to the player if they collide with him.
• Eye laser: Inspired by one of the attacks used in his debut episode, Bill shoots a large red laser from his eye.
• Giant laser: Another laser attack; this is based on the one he used on Time Baby. Bill will charge up a larger laser with his finger before blasting it at the player. With the right timing and use of aerial attacks, this can be evaded.
• Enlarged fist: Bill's fist grows in size and is slammed onto the stage, burying the player if hit and sending out a large shockwave. Thankfully, there's a cooldown of around three seconds after the attack.
• Statue rain: Bill summons some statues, ones of transformed townsfolk, and sends them flying down one by one. They're kinda like the flying vases from New Super Mario Bros. Wii.

Another thing I want to point out is his weak point: the eye. If hit there enough, Bill will stop attacking and be stunned for a few seconds. To avoid being exploited and used constantly by players to make the fight easier, this can only happen once during his fight. By the way, he will also taunt the player with several catchphrases and one-liners throughout the battle.

JOB 17:
Lucifer "Devil" Satan (Folklore)

Lucifer "Devil" Satan is Evil Antagonistic entity, who rules the Hell/Underworld and he only serves bad souls. He is opposite of God and Embodiment of Evil and Cruelty, as shown in Bible. He was used to be Angel in Heaven and he tried to overthrow God, but he was banished to Hell as punishment.

His Fight takes place at Hell (As Depicted on Bible, but it takes some aesthetics from Pop-Culture like Games or Cartoons depicting the Evil Land of Hell) on Single Platform like Final Destination, because in the Lore of Pop-Culture Clash, he is the Evil, who brought every playable character from their dimensions to this World and they need to Fight him on Final Destination-like platform in Hell.

His Attacks are:

• Flame Breath: Devil breaths fire and it gives high burning damage.
• Trident Stab: Devil stabs his Trident at someone with normal Damage, but it can Spike aerial opponents.
• Demon Summon: Devil summons Demons to attack the Opponent. You can defeat the Demon.
• Hellfire: Devil makes the Platform on Fire while he erupts flame pillars from Ground.
• Swoop: Devil swoops down to attack the Opponent and scratches him for while. The Damage is high when dropped, but low when scratching.
• Possesion Souls: Devil summons souls that can aim at Player and possess him at occasions. You can destroy those souls before they will possess you.
• Demon Laser: Devil shoots a beam from mouth that obliterates you. It gives highest damage.

On Second phase, he becomes Bigger like Final phase of Cuphead's Devil, where you attack only his visible head.
2nd Phase attacks:

• Dimensional Hand: He summons a hand from another Dimension and it acts like Master Hand
• Hand Smash: He smashes with his fist on ground, resulting earthquake on Stage. Itbcan Bury player if he squishes it.
• Demons Summon: Acts like in previous phase.
• Hellrise: Devil dissappears and Turns the floor into Fire, rising from ground and bites you. Later, he returns into same position.

After his defeat, he dissappears and gets obliterated and Hell turns into Happy Heavenly-world and you win the Battle.

Question: Is Devil/Satan allowed in this Game?
Because I don't want to make it Religious, but he could be treated like in Cuphead, which we can tone down to make the Game Kid/Family-Friendly.

I understand your concern, but I think he was depicted in an episode of The Powerpuff Girls (correct me if I'm wrong because I didn't grow up with the show), so I think he'll be fine as a boss.

Since Mecha Mario wasn't allowed as an echo, I'll submit Shadow Mario instead. I was thinking he could use the Magic Paintbrush for an attack and his fire attacks could use paint instead.

Maleficent

For the first phase, she fights with general dark magic and fire based attacks and is able to teleport around the screen. For the second phase she turns into a dragon. She has a fire breath attack as well as scratch attack in this phase and stays on one side of the screen.

Sorry, I misunderstood it earlier. I think Luigi would well as an echo and it'd be an easy way to get him in.

Job #17: Alien

Among the most famous and revulsive movie monsters of all time, the alien commonly called the Xenomorph would be a tough boss fight. It's got a small hurtbox compared to the other gigantic bosses, and it can move around quickly. Fighters should watch out for its damning facehugger attack, or else they'll find themselves taking massive damage from the inevitable chestburster that follows.

Game Genie

The Game Genie was a device back in the 80s and 90s that allowed you to essentially hack your videogames before hacking was really a thing using various codes (or making up your own).

As a character, the Game Genie would appear as glitchy giant red pixelated man crackling with energy.

What would he do in a battle?
He would cheat.


Altering gravity, increasing his own attack power, healing himself, moving the platforms around or switches stages, Game Genie would hit you with cheat after cheat.

Job #17: The Delightful Reaper

The Delightful Reaper comes from The Grim Adventures of the KND Special, a crossover between Codename: Kids Next Door and the Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy. This special is basically Cartoon Network’s Jimmy Timmy Power Hour. The Delightful Reaper is a fusion of the Delightful Children From Down the Lane, Billy, Grim’s Scythe, and Harold’s lucky pants. Anyone that get’s hit with it’s scythe will be assimilated into it, growing bigger and stronger with each victim. Harold’s lucky pants acts as the Delightful Reaper’s invincible shield.

For this game, the Delightful Reaper would mainly attack with it’s scythe. Instead of immediately assimilating with it, you will just be flung into the air if it hits you. The Delightful Reaper can also create massive storms, summon dark powers, and just crush you. While fighting the reaper, Harold’s lucky pants will begin to slide down. When the lucky pants reach the ground, that is your chance to attack the Reaper.

Boss: Krampus

A villain fit for Santa, the giant Krampus would fight with piercing hail, coal traps, slams from a birch rod, and labour from some very naughty hypnotised children - if you attack those little brats, they'll break free and use their unrestrained mischief to help you take down Krampus.
