All alternate iterations of the TMNT; Splinter; and Shredder will be allowed except for Rise, the only alternate iteration of April allowed is Mirage, no alternate iterations of Casey are allowed, and all iterations of Bebop and Rocksteady are allowed except 2012. This is due to skeletons. Remember that Casey uses his 2012 appearance.

Please submit a concept for a villain and the 7 racers already on the roster to be their cronies. This doesn't have to be a generic concept, you can flesh them out a little more than you would a Generix Prix racer! Their cronies can be fellow villains, or brainwashed/cloned heroes. Please give some detail into the villain's plan, no motivation is needed though, just an evil thing for them to do. No image is needed. Please don't detail gameplay of the mode or their final race, as those will have jobs.

And his aim here is to get fame and glory from rigging the results of the Drifting Dimensions tournament, the biggest race tournament in all dimensions, to make him famous and give him so much glory that the people will have to accept him. So, he’s recruited the 7 most greedy racers and tricked them into believing that he would share all the glory and riches with them when he wins if they rig the tournament for him. These racers are:
