Pokemon Emerald - As I think the gen 3 games were close to the best pokemon games. Emerald adds a great after story to the already great Pokemon Sapphire and Ruby.
Honestly ACE can do any song they want as long as they put a rap in it and I'll be happy
Porky Means Business! from EarthBound / Mother 2, with a remix of the 8-bit portion still in chiptunes or jazz, and then it switches to heavy metal.
Xenoblade Chronicles X Medley. You get a remix of part of Primordia and part of The Key We've Lost poorly mixed together with the original versions of Uncontrollable and Black Tar because the individual remixes of The Key We've Lost and Primordia weren't completed.

I never played Melee, but I feel like I would've mained Mewtwo. "I can be the strongest Pokemon? No way!", Kid logic.
Young Link. I loved him in Ocarina of Time (I used to try to get adult link dungeons or complete the whole game as young link because I liked him so much - obviously I didn't know at the time that it is actually possible) and the minute I could play him in smash I did.

OK, how about Xenoblade Chronicles Medley 2? It's the original versions of Gaur Plain and the end of Engage the Enemy poorly mixed with incomplete remixes of Mechanical Rhythm and You Will Know Our Names.
Nintendo Badge Arcade Melody. Arranged by the guy behind Fire Emblem Awakening's Soundtrack, it takes you therough the loading screen, the badge collecting area, and the badge collection menu. It gets memed about due to heavy useage of the Triangle. When the game releases, the stage it's on by default is Pictochat 2.

Only in the 3DS version. Dark Pit isn't in the Wii U version. Dark Pit's Theme is, and that's 1:45. They clearly only intended for the song to be used in Smash Run due to its length.
I believe that was a Melee thing that they just never fixed.
Pretty much the entire soundtrack of that game is awesome.
