IMO, its Darkrain (Master Hand) and Hax (Crazy Hand). Can't decide which is better.
Whats this about Darkrain quitting though? I heard something in the commentary for his recent set vs Jman about it being his last tournament but I didn't really take it seriously.

Scar, I seriously don't get your whole "Falcon is bad" thing
I main peach and all but one of her top tier matchups are sub or 50-50, and the sheik matchup is actually so aggravating for me that I've up and decided to forget that matchup with peach and just learn another character who does it better. Now, I know how attached you are to playing cfalc, and while I don't share that dedication, I do come close to it with peach. Imagine one character who could make you NOT play falcon, simply because it's a guarenteed loss. That would suck, right? Well, falcon actually HAS NO DEATH MATCHUPS. Yes, peach v sheik isn't a death matchup for peach, but it is for me, and YOU are a world class player, and I will hear no such johns for you.
The thing is, there is no unwinnable matchup for falcon. Technically, there is no unwinnable matchup for anyone, because it depends on player skill, etc, but falcon has tools to fight everyone. He can combo EVERY character, with the exception of jiggs.
Now, I know you absolutely hate jiggs, probably with more passion than I hate sheik, but honestly, man, you're a PRO. You're good at this game. I'm not a pro, and I'm not good at this game, at least not as good as you. You need to overcome this jiggs thing.

I'm sorry, but I have to stick with Darkrain being the best Falcon still. Sure, Scar outplaced Darkrain by 1 placing at Genesis...but...Darkrain did not lose to Tink at SMYM10 
Can't really put my 2 cents in about Hax, but his set against Jman was pretty legit...Jman is just in general good at having close sets with Falcons it seems...

there are other falcon players who are catching up to darkrain besides scar an hax.
mango's falcon is possibly better than everybody else's right now, anyway...

first and foremost and idk who is playing along and who really doesn't get it but i don't actually think that falcon loses to DK, pichu, roy, and mewtwo. when i say it it is meant for humorous effect and i'm not terribly concerned with who thinks that it's funny and who thinks that it isn't funny, most of my jokes are not funny at all, but at least recognize it as something separate from what my opinions are
next, "pro" doesn't really mean anything, it did in MLG but it doesn't now. so you call me "pro" because i'm debatably one of the best falcon mains out there right now, but like a year ago i was mediocre and two years ago i was a scrub
so now just because i got better faster than pretty much everyone else that joined the game at the same time that i did i can't complain about character matchups, mostly in a joking way, mostly from a series of 3-4 videos @ RoM when i by and large joked about how gay jiggs is.
that has followed me up until this very day so instead of getting irritated by the fact that people don't get that 90% of it wasn't serious (10% of it was based on fact where i was trying to convince people that she's a way better tourney character than CF, which has since been embraced by most players), i have embraced it and just say jiggs is gay gay gay
it's not like i forfeit vs jiggs, i just play my best against them and sometimes i win and sometimes i lose
but i refuse to say that the matchup is anything BUT in jigg's favor when falcon can't combo her, knee really doesn't kill at THAT low of %s except on small stages like stadium which they usually ban, yoshi's every area is a ledge so you lose there, good jiggs players can kill CF from a grab and rest is ALWAYS threatening, even vs falcon's grab offense. it's just the framework of the game.
peach isn't that good either, if i played peach i'd say the same ****

darkrain was the best falcon from 07-present, up until the point at which he quits and gets irreparably rusty, but i have the feeling he's still going to be the best falcon main come pound4. for some reason he just WON tournament sets, i can't explain it because his approach lacks intelligence and that's falcon's greatest weakness (to be contrasted with hax$ and nes n00b, who both have fantastic approaches, albeit different), but he had a ferocity that melee has not seen besides him. his ability to win BIG matches puts him at the top despite theoretical evidence i have to the contrary
i'm getting there, i think i am taking a bit of the darkrain speed and anger and i'm trying to get to the level he was at, but he still created openings that i seem to be missing
hax$ is a phenomenal player, fantastic approach, brilliant tech chases (true mind reader), and a solid combo game. he's the smartest player i've seen yet and his CF teams play is second to none, literally
mango is the best player in the game and his skill translates to CF, he's the best CF in the world IMO but i wouldn't put it past me hax or darkrain to take 50% of matches from him in dittos
SS is the best CF player in teh world to have never left his region, he's gotten better than i think anyone could while staying in one place, but i think he's never going to outperform any of us at a national, just my opinion
isai still surprises me when i watch his vids, he was probably the best in his time but i can't say with confidence that if he maintained his passion for the game that he could take sets off of the best foxes, falcos, and sheiks in the current metagame

I think it's mostly due to all the people pre-Genesis who saw Silence and decided he was the best Falcon in the world.
Also: double knee-->Full jump nipple bair (the kind that hits forward)-->double jump nipple spike would look much cooler imo.

Falcon seems to require too much precision at the very top level of competition. No sex kick that you can throw out there and get easy damage/knockback, no extremely quick punishes in and out of shield like a dolphin slash or a Sheik dsmash, no reliable way to get inside walls of defense.
