Yo theres two hotels at that adress and neither of them knew anything about a group rate. Theres the hampton inn and the hitlon garden inn. Theres no phone number or name in the OP so idk what to, I'm getting a room for like 8 people >_<

My guess would be that Nanuet was pretty much unaffected besides power outages, and they have plenty of time to resolve that (and I'm pretty sure they already have power back).
