you should just slow tank push every matchup rhan, then see how much you lose to protoss. at some point get a couple banshees to pick off stargates/pylons powering them or throw in about 6 or 7 vikings at all times and toss cant really win.

The fact is he won everything with his best characters and still does very well with secondaries. And his secondaries clearly aren't that great, he doesn't have the fluidity and instinct with those characters like he does with puff/falco. So quit being all butthurt that you aren't going to be considered better than him because he doesn't care anymore. Yeah it sucks that he doesn't try anymore but he's beaten you everytime you have played his best characters (other than you beating his fox recently.) So yeah bottom line go play a character without 5 jumps and a ******** back air and see how you do.

Not everybody is a hopelessly delusional optomist. Besides, if people only entered tournaments they believe they can win, Melee would be dead by now. Even if you don't expect to win, participating in a tournament is a valuable learning experience.

Only if you think his puff/falco isn't better than his fox. But I mean the whole point was Hbox is acting like using your non main character isn't a legitimate excuse for losing when it clearly is. It's gay but based on what he did when he was using puff/falco and how well he can still do with other characters it's hard to believe that he isn't the best. Anyway I'm going to guess something like this for results:

1. Amsah
2. Armada
3. PP
4. Hbox

but like a lot of people have already said a lot of it is dependent on bracket so we'll see.

If you're seriously going to try to invalidate hungrybox's tournament performance based on his character choice, you need to reassess what the term "john" means. If Mango doesn't care about winning then he likely cares even less about who thinks he's still the best player, so you're really not helping him much by making ******** posts like this.
I'd like to see **** talkers like you try to perform even close to the level hungrybox does using Jigglypuff.

Nah don't get me wrong Hbox is mad good with puff I'm just saying he's acting like mango losing with other characters takes away from what he can do with puff/falco when Hbox would probably do terrible if he switched off of puff.

I would love to see players like VBM, MacD, HDL, Remen getting higher into the bracket.
But to be honest, when I look up (Biglard's list) there is almost only amazing players that are hard to switch out with. Though I think that Amsah might beat Armada which makes PP vs Ams and Mango vs Arm. We will just have to see I guess
