I do have ONE question relating to pauses... and its really just because Ive seen it handled different ways.

In brawl, if you are getting IC chaingrabbed and are attempting to mash out and happen to hit the pause button (no, literally... just accidental)... how is that handled? I've seen some places say: "They get a free re-grab", whereas others say "the person loses a stock". It obviously wasn't intentional, and there is always the off-chance that they could have dropped the CG. So... just wondering.

I accidentally hit pause once while getting CG'ed be ICs in a tournament. I just said "Don't worry, I got it," then I unpaused, he released me, and I jumped off the edge. No hard feelings, no issues. 1 pause should equal 1 stock in such a situation, no questions asked.

Oh, and AlphaZealot's rules are the ideal solution to stalling tactics. Use them.

But now that he's hosting an international tournament, brawl included, I'm willing to bet he'd get over that and adopt the most up to date brawl rulesets...
