Holding side-B against Cheese until he quits.
So this is completely random, but I'm bored and probably should've asked this awhile ago.

I live where that little red marker is (somewhat close to Philadelphia). I get nearly zero practice at this game besides maybe once every two weeks chimpakt comes over for a couple of hours, which gets me practice ONLY at the diddy matchup. Smash in south jersey is pretty much nonexistant.
I really want to step my **** up for tournaments, but getting barely any practice against a single player that is only at my level and not above will not help me improve as much as I want to.
If anyone is nearby or even remotely close, would anybody be interested in practicing with me?

Ok, so by the end of tonight/tomorrow, this thread will be revamped for both NJ/NY rankings. From this point, it will be considered the ranking thread for both states. Changes will be made within 24 hours.

@ Wedge: I was gonna say you live close to Eazy and I go to play him often during the summers. You should come by sometime or we'll come play you (in the summer of course) I'll remember when it comes time and contact ya.

the PRs of both regions became rather weak after the 6th person in the PR, with the people who made it on either being really skilled players who were incredibly inactive, but were given the spot because they etched out the other inactive players, or mediocre players who were more active.

NYC/LI barely have any big tourneys of their own, with most of the large tournaments nearby occurring in NJ. Most of the active players in NY travel to NJ, as they're the only ones with consistently successful tournaments.

NYC/LI and NJ has always been a close region regardless, with both of our events having a strong representation by the other, and with our PRs being so weak, not to mention the fact that we see each other basically on a weekly basis, it seems kind of natural that this would be a good step to strengthening our PR. We each have alot of extremely good players, and with playes like me can make it on the PR, that doesn't reflect well on our individual regions. When the new PR comes out, it'll all be players that are huge threats on a national level.
