Suddenly I see the genius in it. I never bothered with stuff like Nintendogs 'bark mode' and whatnot because no one else would be doing it. If having it with me means I'll get the coins, I'm much more likely to do it, and so are other people.

The reason its not being advertised is because nintendo hasnt officially told us anything other than we're getting it before the fiscal year ends.

january 19th is when we'll know everything.

I just hope that friends list, if they're there, allow you to put friend codes under names. If they do that and allow you to transfer codes from 3DS to 3DS (i.e. in case you need a replacement or you upgrade), then it's just like a cellphone number.

Wow, that's pretty beast, so the price is definetely confirmed at $249.99 and will release March 27. Perfect timing.

Same price as a wii when it came out...so that means that's $267.48 with tax and everything, looking at my 2006 receipt (at least in NJ). I'm about to sell some stuff + my birthday is in february. I'll be set when this comes out.

I predict games will be $39.99 first party, $29.99 for cheap third party, $34.99-$39.99 high profile third party games (metal gear, final fantasy etc)

It is likely that you aren't allowed to play the 3DS while it is charging in the dock station. However, the system comes with an AC adapter (which reports say is the same as the one used for DSi/XL). Should be no issue playing while it is charging through AC, just not when it's in the dock station.

It's tied to your 3DS, so I'd imagine you'd have to re-add everyone.
