DThrow isnt that easy to use.
The problem ist that your enemy can input a move (dodge, attack) before you can hit him.

The Problem by approaching ICs frontal is:

- Down B. ICs can do desynched Down Bs, so that you cant attack them frontal.

- Shieldgrab and roll. If you dont expect them to roll they can maybe roll behind you in the moment, where you do an attack. If the attack needs to much time they get a free grab.
They can also shieldgrab your fair, even if spaced perfectly. Shield DI ftw!

whats mk's best options out of d-throw generally for:

a) if opponent doesn't DI
b) if opponent DI's away
c) if opponent DI's towards you
d) if opponent DI's up
e) if opponent DI's down?
f) if opponent fairs straight after d-throw
g) if opponent air dodges

Hai. I'm not here to troll this time- but I really have a srs business question :lick:

Okay so apparently I have a really bizarre bad habit of holding down on the jump button when recovering. I guess this went unnoticed since I only used Jiggz and Kirby, but with MK it's bad ****ing news sometimes because it makes me go into a glide, and it made me SD before. LOOL I was at 34% my opponent 135% and the piece of **** taunted. It was okay, I still managed to win but thats sum bad stuff. I don't know why I do it. What should I do? Maybe be more aware of my fingers when recovering? It only seems to happen when I'm getting back on stage and not in actual combat. ._.
you can glide by holding jump OR (this is the one i hate)
after your jump you hit left then right on the control stick

@earla
if they di the throw up you get a free hit
just immediately up-air
if they airdodge fastfall a d-air if not keep up-airing

if they dont di you can get a regrab at low percents

if they di away, dash attack beats airdodge, regrab beats nothing and shield beats any attack

you beat dks bair by not getting hit by it and hitting his foot

ness's f-air outranges your fair so you cant beat it directly

ftilt 1 and 2 has a little more or equal range than d-tilt
ftilt 3 has more range than anything

d-tilt trip rate is like 10%ish

Thats where the mindgames come in and also it dosent really mater your mk u can just watch what they do and react with a shield grab or a u-air.

Plus your from Germany we play different brawl games lol

this scenario: mk v snake. snakes lookin to up tilt you, you're high enough % to be ko'd.

what can you do that out-ranges snakes up-tilt on ground?

how can you avoid being ko'd?

i notice mk's rolling into up tilt, nado'ing into up tilt. what are some tips to avoid being ko'd by it?

Don't let him predict you. Nado-ing into Snake's shield in this situation is a bad idea. If you do this, get awayyy from him. He WILL Utilt you.

Try to avoid tricky rolling because it isn't all that tricky. The only acceptable roll should be rolling away.

If you're going to shield -> punish, make it a powershield.

Do you gaiz have a thread containing all the tricks/ATs that MK can do? I'm thinking of picking him up as a secondary so I would like to know some more in depth stuff about him.

Weve got the same games this time.
Your enemy can also jump up after the throw. And if he DIs away you cant just watch, else he can tech it and you are forced to predict the roll/standup.
And he can also space away from you and attack so that shieldgrab doesnt work.

Its like 1/3 of the time.

Bait him to do an uptilt and punish it.

best way to punish the lag of a snake up-tilt?
Depends on the situation.
If you want to keep DSmash fresh or if your too far away to do it you should choose another option.
I prefer to grab the Snake.
Then dthrow that he gets into a situation, where he cant utilt you. (+ you can juggle/edgeguard him and do some more damage)

If you are in the air too high to land and then grab or dsmash, just attack them with dair or wait for the next possibility.

Is it normal that I think this MK is cute and I would love to make it my pet and cuddle it?

No.

It's not.

You're deeply sick.
:(:(:(:(:(:(:(

So my pink Meta knight fetish is also sick? I mean I don't have a sexual fetish but I would still like to cuddle it (even with the mask on.)

Fetish?

Using pink MK is ok, but if you're really aroused by it you might want to seek some help.

And if you don't want to seek help you could always buy a costume for PX.

SL has invencibility frames and it's really good OoS. It can be used for punished and some other situations like using it not to get hit by G&W's Bair because of the invencibility frames.

Tier comes from the Tier List, where the characters are classified.

Tier List v3.0 Thread

S Tier = Top
A/B Tier = High
C Tier = Mid
D/E= Low
F= Bottom

Or something similar to that. That's not a question for MK, but ok. :)
