it makes the timing around 5 frames tighter.

which makes it impossible.

no one can be perfect enough.

just cause something is theoretically possible really doesn't make it possible.

we've seen examples of what TAS melee fox can do, which cannot be seen as possible at all.

also, plenty of american diddys do his infinite in tournament. plenty. watch more videos before pretending you are au fait with the topic please.

5 frames tighter from what?

Plenty? I stand by the fact that it hardly ever happens, unless the MK was just being stupid.
It's not like IC where you can expect them to land it regularly, it's like a CF trying to land a Falcon Punch...yea it can happen, but it hardly ever does lol.
Unless you can link me to a bunch of vids where it occurs (and not against some random MK) I'm sticking to the idea that it hardly ever happens.
I'VE SEEN YOU DO IT!

Sit in your little corner...
Practicing some weird Diddy stuff.
I'm like..... I do....do.....ARGH HE'S SCARING ME!!!!!!!!!!
lolz
I do it to warm up sometimes. (and also when testing out new controllers)

Wouldn't Snake's simply be more difficult because he can only do it when playing a diddy? Whereas diddy has nana's regardless. Think of the practical use this has, and then think about the fact that you are arguing over something that isn't dissimilar to comparing sock sizes.

D3's sock is much harder anyway lolololol :troll:

what do you people not understand about an 11 frame jump?

diddy's jump is 4.

THE JUMP ALONE MAKES DIDDY'S 7 FRAMES EASIER TO DO.

geez.

(American) Dekar is like... one of the best technical players of brawl I know.

ADHD/Gnes I've never really gone "WOW THAT WAS AMAZING TECH SKILL", just using an amazingly broken character in an amazingly smart way.

Can you initiate it off a glide toss?

So you can just glide toss back down throw to start it, whats the confusion...
technically hard but proven possible
situational punish

the viability of a move is how easy/hard it is to pull it off. from what I understand the move is possible, yet hard thus; it is a viable move.

What you seem to have confused here grim is that the move is viable, but also very situational. Not un-viable.

I'd call viability the usefulness of a move.

I mean, it's possible to hit good players with Falcon Punch (good reads, sacred combo), but I wouldn't say the move is viable.

This is stupidly off-topic anywayz and pointless, I'm happy to accept that the SNL is viable, whateva :p.

Anyone want to MM me? Either game, Bo5 or 3.

Melee:
MAINS: Falco, Ice Climbers
OTHERS: Pichu, Mario, Marth, Fox, Samus (basically anyone, really)

Brawl:
MAINS: Jigglypuff, Meta Knight
OTHERS: Mr. Game & Watch, Fox, Pikachu

its a viable move if the correct situation arises

thats exactly what makes it a viable yet situational move. Falcon punch is a viable punish for a missed rest at 100%, but thats extremely situational.

Diddy's infinite with nanas is viable if the correct situation arises, but thats the situational use of the move being in question, not the viability.

You should look at the definition of viability if anything lol.

Still doesnt change the fact its extremely situational it seems though. Shouldn't expecting to be able to use it in a match unless the opponent really messed up. Then it comes down to someone massively messing up to get into that spot rather than the move being broken lol.

Yeah MM's would be good Atilla.

I hope we do get to play in brackets. Pretty sure you will play Jaice in bracket at some stage. Assuming the bracket is done to seperate people from the same state.

Jaice = Dark horse at this tourney I think. Considering he played Peach only in the only other major he has attended, and this will be the first time oos for both of us. I look forward to watching his matches, and seeing where he places.
