Game of Origin:
Sonic Colors (2010)

Layout: Like Green Hill Zone, this stage is a bowl-like shape, but it’s been split in half. There are two platforms above either half that float up and down in opposite directions.

Gimmicks and Hazards: Wisps will appear and assist whichever fighter frees them by pressing B in place of a neutral special (even when you’re in freefall). Two types of Wisps appear:
  • Spikes: The fighter turns into a spike ball that can climb up the slopes and damage opponents just by touching them (10%, OK knockback); they usually appear in the middle of the stage
  • Rocket: The fighter turns into a rocket and flies high into the sky, and usually appear on the upper left and right if the stage; save this for when you’ve been launched
Battlefield/Ω Form: The Ω form is based on the red factory bits; the Battlefield platforms are based on the platforms that appear on the stage

The stage takes place on the main ship. Egg Pawns and Egg Hammers can be seen roaming the background, and if hazards are on they may even attack the fighters. Various other ships in the Fleet will fly by and occasionally shoot at the fighters. You may even get to see one of the teams from Sonic Heroes running and flying through the area! Team Sonic won't appear if Sonic is in the match...

Space Colony ARK



The Layout

The stage would start out on the exterior of the ARK and you would start on a Platform the size of FD after a bit you would move into the Inside of the ARK

1st Formation

Lost Colony



This Formation would keep the platform the same size but you would appear on top of the bridge, and on both sides damaging liquid is there and so are 2 exploding capsules that move up and down, A GUN Hunter appears on the bridge too.

2nd Formation

Crazy Gadget



This Formation takes the platform you were on previously and puts it down a Large Shaft, There are no new hazards and GUN Beetles are following the platform down the shaft

3rd Formation


Meteor Herd



You exit the Shaft and end up in Meteor Herd, The stage is now a Walkoff with Meteors that Explode falling down onto the stage, you can see 1 or 2 GUN Rhinos in the background

4th Formation

Final Rush/The ARK



This has the original Platform zooming through several parts of the Station and the Platform Tilts and spins in various ways

Several GUN Enemies appear here like GUN Beetles, GUN Hornets, GUN Hawks and Artificial Chaos'

Final Formation

Finalhazard



This Formation sees the Return of the 1st Formation only this time Finalhazard is sticking out of the ARK and is shooting lasers at the Platform, Super Sonic (If sonic isn't one of the characters) and Super Shadow appear and take out Finalhazard ending with a Large Flash that Resets the stage.

Alright, here’s my Studiopolis submission
Studiopolis

Studiopolis is one of the most iconic levels from Sonic Mania and would work well in crossovers. The level would work something like the picture but I imagine it would be bigger, and have brighter lights.

My proposition is:
Ashley and Red

Ashley and Red are a very well-known duo from the WarioWare series. They don't have many canonical abilities but it's easy to imagine what they could do from their spooky-but-cute Halloween theme. In terms of content - the main crux of this thread, there's a lot of Wario-related characters, both Land and Ware, that have yet to face Galeem's lasers, and the Wario music list is extremely lacking, having only recieved three songs since Brawl - one being a remix of a song that already had one and another being an ambient track.

Job 21: Doomguy (DOOM)



The archetypal FPS protagonist, Doomguy is a man of few words and someone who has one simple goal: kill every demon. Doom is a fast-paced FPS where standing still for too long generally means death, and that could be reflected in Doomguy's gameplay with him being hard-hitting but light. Elements from the modern games, including Glory Kills and various melee weapons, could prevent him from being a pure zoner, and first person shooter is a genre that is oddly lacking in Smash despite how ubiquitous they are. (there's Dark Samus, but that feels like a stretch)

Doom has plenty of music to work with (most famously, At Doom's Gate and BFG Division), and if the series' level of violence is a concern (I have no idea why, between Snake/Gray Fox, Bayonetta, and to a lesser degree Joker), the character can be and has been toned down in games like Quake Champions with no issue - like Ridley, he can be a brutal fighter without resorting to gore.

Monokuma (Danganronpa)



Monokuma is the mascot of the Danganronpa Franchise as well as the main antagonist

Monokuma has a lot of potential from the games he's been in, there are several variations and actions he does that could affect this

Danganronpa is also quite popular online
