Ive never even attempted that CG, but I doubt its ridiculously hard. I usually just stick with Popo bthrow > Nana dthrow cuz its hard to mess up, or I just go Popo > fthrow > Nana fthrow because its sexy and you can walk across the stage to a better cg position.

My favorite things to show off with as ICs though are, Popo dthrow > Nana footstool > Double Ice Block > Regrab Force Get Up, and Popo Grab Release > Desynced Nana Blizzard or Squall Hammer > Popo Regrab.

The flower actually doesn't actually hurt dem. It just sticks to their heads and they gotta hit themselves to get it off which is why dey get hurtz and stuff. =]
