Shes too light(remember im coming from a heavy *** character such as samus)
She cant kill(same thing with samus)
Projectile is slow(with samus i got 3 slow middle and fast projectiles)
****ty recovery(samus has one of the best)
Heck, even Dazwa said he uses pika for ddd.......
Not to mention, after hearing FOW defeated Lains DDD 2-0........i think i just might stay with all samus. If a ness(who can be CGed) can 2-0 one of the top 3 DDDs of our time, i will learn to at least beat ****ty ones(maybe)
maybe he didnt feel comfortable with him. he knows hoe good armada is so i would assume he wanted to stick to his birdy
yea thats true, but at least she can collect damage on DDD very quick.

Aww poor Alex...I can just see him sitting off to the side listening to his CD player and looking all dejected. Sucks that he went all that way and didn't make it out of pools. Lord knows he most likely should have, he's a great player.
edit: Looking at the results on AiB, Sethlon got 3rd in his pool, meaning he should have gotten out? I think we got some faulty info, guys.

Ness vs. D3 is only a 40-60 matchup in D3's favor, according to the Ness boards. That matchup isn't all that bad for him, and Ness users generally are good at avoiding grabs since they really have to be.
Samus vs. D3 is really bad, but if you really want to do it instead of getting an alt... though I would suggest finding a D3 player that you can try out your ZSS on in friendlies, since he would pretty much be the only character you would use her to fight. I've picked up D3 to give jS practice using his G&W against him, so I could give you some D3 practice at HOBO 17 if you want.

Ness has much better offensive options against D3 too... PK Fire ***** D3, Ness's arials help against D3 way more than Samus's do, from what I've seen, and Ness can kill. Don't forget that I used to play against a Ness main every day. I know Ness better than you.
Also, no, Ness doesn't get chain grabbed as bad as Samus, Samus can be chain grabbed in place, Ness can't. Most D3's you fight here don't do it when they grab you near the edge because they don't know how (correct me if I'm wrong).
Samus has a 20-80 matchup against D3 for a reason, just like Ness has a 40-60 matchup for a reason. All I'm saying is that just because a Ness can beat D3's with a 40-60 matchup doesn't mean that you can beat D3's as easily with a 20-80 matchup. If you want to beat good D3s then you'll need an alt. I'm just trying to help you, is all.

Uhhh JS, yea.
DDD doesnt do standing CG on samus. Ive banned it. Its still 45-50% on ness and samus per CG streak. Ness IS lighter by a LARGE margin(see below) and can be gimped SO **** easy. So yea, fow kind ainspired me a little.
I wasnt arguing that ness cant kill or doesnt have better oos options. Relax my boy! i wasnt arguin.

Looks like most characters I use are either extremely light, fall extremely fast, or are both. I guess this means I get chain grabbed and comboed more than a lot of people xD. At least I have lots of characters for counterpicking... now I just need to work at getting a sturdy main.

You only really need to do that if you can't get a livestream going for whatever reason. They had to resort to twitter because they got no internet.

Falling speed is very important when it comes to who actually dies first. Peach is mega floaty and Fox fastfalls. Fox has pretty much always been a lightweight in smash, yet lives longish due to his falling speed.
Also if you want to do the Twittering that's cool and all, but update it frequently. Like instead of random updates update every half an hour or when something important happens. Otherwise its a waste of time.

I'm pretty sure Sethlon made it out pools. He got 3rd out of 8, and they are advancing to a 128 man bracket. So yeah............................. im just gonna wait on a final word from him.

yea i plan on updating it if i create one. Cause like live stream is great and all but it just focuses on ONE tv for the WHOLE event. This twitter stuff could be used(if updated frequently) to notify the world on matches THROUGH OUT the venue and/funny stuff like SandTrap beating the **** out of that kid who stole his stuff. Ya know?
