havoc, archmage, and executioner are all pretty good on brand
and i think 21 in utility only gives crappy regen mastery, no extra health or mana

didn't know how to level him in jungle without looking up a guide
started cloth 5 pot and blue and just cleared all small camps after
spams all his spells so he doesn't get the passive procs
and now his stream died
i guess i could understand the skill spam if he's like never played lee, but like, when was the last time lee didn't go for a level 2 gank with Q and E

sometimes ranked is good...
told my team i wanted mid but since everyone apparently only plays carries in ranked, had to go singed top...so we have singed and caitlyn and udyr
and our fourth picks ez mid, takes clarity, then says he's going AD. so we have no AP
i ***** and whine and he says nothing, but then goes 5-0 at mid against a legendary skin vlad, meanwhile i'm going 0-2-2 at top with fizz (i don't know how to fight this ****ing character)
after they surrender at 20 ez speaks for the first time, saying
"singed
suck my ****"
and then leaves before i can apologize
i'm learning so much

Have your team fight/scare them off since they just took damage, or if your team hands down loses the level 1 go start somewhere else. If you absolutely have to (if they come 1 time and then back up), set up another nest/get a strong leash.
Seriously though, if anyone catches these guys on then make sure to remind them to send in a draft list.

Where else would I start, in the worst case scenario? I can't really set up a nest, since small camps have already spawned, and red is too far away. And it takes forever to kill small camps without Q, while also draining mana pretty quickly.
Which basically boils down to "get a leash", I guess.
Mini golems to hit quick 2 (probably want a leash/lane damage on them) and then figure out what you need to do. You got a lot of questions/things to consider:
Are they gonna take my blue? How much health do I have/did my team get ****ed up when they came? Are they not taking blue but still putting pressure on me in the jungle? Who's their jungler/what are his likely paths that I can plan for? etc
If things go wrong, your safest bet is still probably mini golems.
