Personally, I'd say that you should secondary both, but if you only want to secondary one, go for Marth. DK doesn't so 'very well' against MK and Snake. IIRC, DK vs MK is 55:45 MK's favour, and DK onl;y has a very slight advantage on Snake.

just learn your sheik match ups. I use a secondary sheik dittos because I'm afraid of the tilt lock... too risky.

uh.... any? im using sheik as a secondary cuz the main tournament i go to wont let me use my reg. main.
guess that makes me a nub in these parts of the forum. im still trying to get down the chain jacket

I still don't understand what you're asking. Good DI with Sheik involves the direction that will make you live the longest.

So yeah... I hate translating to find my way around Japanese sites. Here is one thing I did find.

May I say.. "useful"? I wouldn't try to set this up but if I had the chance this would be perfect if you missed the f-tilt> USmash percent or you can't grab release> DACUS.


:EDIT:
Further testing of the DSmash suggests this combo:
(MK at 15%)
f-tilt> DSmash> MK miss's tech> Needle's> Dash Attack
It does a total of 43%.

I didn't know that was old. It was at a Japanese web site and I didn't see a date. If it was on YT and I saw the date I would have assumed it was known.

Does anyone feel it's easier to dacus when you don't push c-stick straight down?

I tested that out when DACUS was discovered Owl, I don't think it helps much. You can DACUS by hitting C stick forward, so I tried pretty much every direction between the two.

Personally I just move it somewhere in that quadrant and it works fine. Do whatever is comfortable for your hand. If it's comfortable to input the controls, it's more likely your hand will adapt quicker to the movement and you'll have a better success rate.

You're kidding, right? The page you linked had the video as an embedded YouTube video. You could easily tell by the YouTube logo in the corner.

In fact if you clicked on the video itself it would've sent you to - you guessed it - the YouTube page with the video.

I understand you're eager to share things, but don't let overenthusiasm make you get ahead of yourself.

At this point, I'd like to announce the discovery of my new combo. It goes like this

  • 1. Fully charge your needles, theen f-tilt as many times as you feel you can safely lock your opponent in.



    2. Footstool.



    3. SUMMON A ****ING BUS.


I call it "El autobús combo"

(That's Spanish for bus.)




It's confirmed on MK.
