What is the best controller configuration on a gc paddle for a ganon main???
Unless you Claw, you're going to want to set a trigger to either jump or special, so that you can do instant aerial side-specials, plus Down-B techs if you want (like Flight of Ganon!)

Also, C-stick on smashes is a must simply because of instant Dash Attack (iDA) followups from choke which present no room for error, and are literally unachievable without the Dash-Stick tech.

I... don't think you profit from having tap jump on or off. Upsmashing out of shield never applies, so it's just a matter of making it easier to DAir out of shield, to Thunderstorm in general, and getting short-hopped Uairs.

I have it on, but I guess if someone practiced they could have it off. It would be great because then you'd never lose a jump going for Up-B.

Tap jump On also makes Flipmans really REALLY easy.

I wouldn't say REALLY easy, but it's doable (one of Ganon's hardest ATs). I wouldn't know if it's more difficult with Tap Jump Off, though, since I've never used it. :p

is Short Hop Wiz Foot an AT?
I did it playing around with ganon and if i'ts done correctly it can make a -landinlagless attack with the 2nd hit of wiz foot (the first in is the air and the second when you reach ground).

I'm just trying to contribute^^

The instant quake is terrible and should never be used seriously in a real match.

Hey :ganondorf:'s, your greatest nemesis the Link boards are discussing how Link + Ganon does in doubles.

We'd appreciate some knowledge from you guys such as:
1.) General Tips
2.) Good Attributes
3.) Bad Attributes
4.) Characters to watch out for
5.) Stage Picking
6.) Advance Team Techniques
7.) Is the team viable?

Discussion starts on page 2 of our doubles thread: http://www.smashboards.com/showthread.php?t=274758&page=2

I'm from the falcon board and I found out a way to cancel ganon fair and follow it with smash attack. The way to do it is to Jump and do a rising bair, then second jump and fair. So when ganon lands he can follow with any attack without any lag. This will take anyone by surprise. I hope it helps. If you need a video let me know

Actually you can, the bair just sets up for the timing very well. Using uair instead will allow you to sideB before you land the fair which is much better for options.

Honestly, I would rather do this instead of autocancel F-air. Unless I wanted to scare my opponents. Which isn't very effective against CPUs.

So how does the tire choke work?
Flame choke > tire throw and then what?
Regrab the Tire and Choke again, is that an option? Or is it just once + follow up?
Sorry for the noobish qeustion, but I just can't find it anywhere in any AT thread or guide.

Srsly, though. To answer your question, Lucas Perfected:
It is not techable to date. I heard Jiggly teched it, but I dunno if it was a glitch or not.

There might be another horrible secret to our Gerudo.
I still haven't tested it, though. I'm too scared to find out the truth.

Not sure where to post this. In Battlefield with the opponent in the left/right plataform I've tried a reverse aerial Beast Punch from the center plataform close to the plataform that the opponent is by full jumping + double jump+ NB at the top of the jump and I tried to move in the air correctly for it to hit the opponent on the right/left plataform while Ganon is still in the air. Because it's even stronger than our grounded one, we could use it if we break their shield in any of the non-center small plataforms or if Jiggs misses Rest there to kill at even earlier percents than usually. If the opponent is closer to the edge you'll have to move with the Punch and get to the end of the plataform near the edge which will not kill earlier than if the opponent is from near the center plataform to a bit farther than the center of the plataform (which we'll have to move between the center and the left-right plataform) where we can OHKO Jiggs if she doesn't DI completely straight upwards and Momentum Cancels, but I think we can still kill her regardless of DI from 1%+ :) . I think you'll have to react fast before she wakes up, but you can still have the time to get to the top plataform and perform it on reaction if you're quick enough. I know this is situational except against maybe Jiggs but this is a way in BF to kill at earlier percents than we would for breaking the opponent's shield/punishing Jiggs so I hope it helps somewhat.

If this is confusing, I could send a replay showing it to someone for him/her so he/she can record it because I sadly can't make videos. And I don't know if it was already known before.

Also, in the test when I noticed the damage decay of the reverse aerial Fist is insane, only using it once before and it already only deals 34% damage instead of 39.

I think at least Grab Release DA, Gerudo and Wizard Kick on Squirtle and GR Wizard Kick on MK.

Yeah, I think we have what smashking said on Squirtle. Squirtle is mini Wario with a better grab release that sends him more horizontal, but grab release Gerudo is awesome, if its possible.
And Dash Attakc for the Kill, wich will do it pretty early on Squirtle.

Are any of those tested or something?
I play a PT some times and I'm gonna meet him at a tournament in a few weeks too so I might as well test it there.
