Only one underbarrel attachment per weapon. This includes Rapid Fire.

I thought underbarrel attachments included grenade launchers, flamethrowers, etc....... :/

Does dual mags/extended mags count as an underbarrel?

Using warlord pretty much gives you the following general attachment setups:

Suppressor + Sight
Suppressor + Underbarrel(Magazine upgrades and Rapid Fire included)
Underbarrel + Sight

I know this because I've tried to put rapid fire on my MP5K with extended mags but it won't let me. ;_;

I'm not certain if Grip counts as underbarrel. As far as I know, it doesn't, since I run a class that has the M60 with Grip + Extended Mags.

It should be noted a sight CANNOT be used with GL, FT, or the MK.

I think. GL for sure. I don't think the othe underbarrels (true underbarrels, the ones RIGHT under it... >.>) can be attached with anything else.

I can confirm Grip will work with RF. RF just won't work with mag attachements.

SMG @ Rapid Fire (I prefer the PM63 with rapid fire, because you shouldn't have to kill more than one person)

Lightweight
Steady Aim/Sleight of Hand
Marathon

Everything else doesn't matter.
So, start off a game, run the quickest route in relation to the least traffic. Go to an obscure spot and use your tactical insert. Don't put it out in the open.
Die going down with a fight, and then use this.

Any gun @ Silencer
Tactical Insert
Ghost
Sleight of Hand
Ninja (YOU SHOULD NEVER RUN WITH THIS CLASS)

Then violate them heavily in their spawn. Lay your Tactical Insert every time you spawn.
Killstreak wise, I'd go for high stuff, but if you find you're playing a consistent team, run spyplane/counterspyplane/etc..

Holy sh*t Wretched. That brought me from K/Ds in Demo of like 1 or 2 to around 4. I'm not too great at getting the higher killstreaks, but I was getting my Napalm every other life in most matches.

Yep.
Same here.
It can work in domination, but you have to make sure your team doesn't try to take all three flags.
If you control A and B or B and C on most levels, you can easily trap them.

Depends on the game mode.

With little to no reason to get kills knifing (Darkshot isn't talkin to me. @__@ Don't know if vid is being made), I gun in games like Demo, and grab a gun for SnD if we're losin. Not that it matters, I die a lot at that point anyway.

lol I learned something new today. As I'm going through games I saved to my file share, I'm watching one on firing range and see this guy aiming a tomahawk straight up into the sky at one point. Turns out that there's a tomahawk angle from next to the car right at Dom C to Dom A throwing it straight up.
