Designated MM time is whenever, with these conditions:

1. you don't have a tourney obligation (a set to play, a pool to captain, etc.)
2. you aren't playing on a tourney-dedicated setup (the labels will make this clear)
3. you aren't playing near announcement time (12pm, 5pm, 8pm on Saturday)
4. you aren't playing before the venue opens or after the venue closes

People don't know about the scar sandbag.
Scar at Rule 6 looks like a bad placing only because he 2-0ed tafo and decided to forfeit. He also got 1st seed in pools, and was in my pool.

Also scar destroys sheiks. 1. scar 2. dope 3. silentswag
