if we had under 256, it wouldve been 2 rounds of 4 man to a 64 man bracket, i think. if we get more, there'll be 5 man pools.

it's not like theres gonna be 4 rounds lol. no matter what it's gonna be 2 rounds to 64 (i think). and i'm pretty sure it'll be accurately seeded by those 2 rounds...but whatever...idk.

Well how many entrants for melee. I can't see the stats on my phone. Also are PC and shiz still teaming together because I see no specified partner listed next to both their names in the teams section, and I swear I saw them with each others names listed as teams partners a while back.

It will be 2 rounds of pools each with 4-5 people in each pool with 2 making it out each time. This is done for speed and efficiency Idea. On top of that, IMO, it will give everyone a chance to really connect socially with people in their pool a lot more closely ( less people = more time to talk to them and enjoy themselves. I think in previous posts we have explained the format that we are doing to reach a 64 man bracket. 256 people for Melee will be 4 ppl per pool. If we have lower than that we will re-asset the amount of people in each pool.

More people in each pool = more matches per pool = more time wasted when we have a lot to do.

Alex, I think the question they're asking is if there will just be more pools or more people per pool, if the numbers were to go over say...320 people (thats 5 people per pool of 64 pools)
