The amount of anger, and seething dislike in NY didn't go unnoticed. Me and my friends were mentioning how the friendly atmosphere and good times in NE didn't transfer well to NY.

It just seems like no one really likes each other. Maybe the heat got to everyone... but when no one seems to be friendly to their own state-mates it certainly didn't open up a way for me to get to talk to anyone..... besides the select few.

I've been to plenty of tournaments that Inui was in. Inui is much more personable and enjoyable in person than on the boards. On SWF, Inui's completely cold and distant.

There is a difference between being cocky and being all tuff and talking that **** like you somebody to be feared outside of the game.

You can still be who you are without acting tuff and still have fun. To me, people who act tuff are the ones who just wanna fit in, and it is not worth it, just be yourself and screw all that junk. Cause then we have people fighting for STUPID REASONS (wether with words or actions) when we should be saving this **** for things that are really worth going at it. And this takes all the fun at people around with people and trying to have a good time.

I assure you Have my legit reasons for hating this community.

I bet you do have your reasons for hating the community and I completely agree. I was just a little on edge when you put that statement about people acting tough right below mine. Even if it your post had nothing to do with me, I was just covering my bases.

I understand you wanting to cater to your friend, but killing two hours off a tournament at a cramped-*** venue with 10 setups and 55 people really wasn't a good idea. I know you wanted to please everybody, but you didn't exactly do it in the most logical way. It's clear that you weren't exactly cut out for the position of head TO, but everyone has their learning experiences. I'm not holding it against you.

Now that that's over with, I'm glad you appreciated my help. I kinda feel like, after a whole year, it's my duty to give back a little bit to the community. I don't mind going a day or two with a weak voice if the tournament finished on time.

Not trying to say that it's your fault at all. Perhaps my post was slightly misleading. Basically, I WANTED him to do what you said (hold your matches but start the rest of the tourney). I know traffic, etc can't be helped, but there was no reason to hold the entire tournament. ksizzle told me he asked PD why it hadn't started yet, and that he specifically answered because your car hadn't arrived.

I do not value singles tournament placings that much. You play an incredibly gay and easy character that practically takes a full semester college course to learn how to fight properly. You are extremely repetitive. You are not talented in doubles. You apparently do not have a low tier character.

You don't suck. Your abilities are just...limited. You need to be less repetitive and expand your horizons. I can't say you're bad at singles. You do well.

Also, the tournament would have finished on time but Malcolm being amazing in singles and doubles and also ksizzle held it up because both events were happening at the same time. Had Malcolm/ksizzle been a different person we could have shaved an hour off the tournament, but alas it was the quickest way to do things, having both at the same time. At least for the beginning as far as getting people the **** outta the tourney lol

Also, we didn't just start late from Inui and his car alone. I had some issues to work out with the store owner because I had forgotten all about reminding him that only people signed up for LT events could actually be a part of them. There was also the issue of putting people in tio. We started without Inui regardless, and I even started singles first so that more matches could be played without Inui and co there (They made up 3/16 teams >_>)

Rhyme- I made this clear the day I entered melee in 06. I don't know play this game for these reasons others do it. I'll fight the gayest meta on the planet and still go Peach. I don't care what disadvantage I have. I realize my chances and how bad it is. But so what, the heck am I gonna run for. I SERIOUSLY feel Peach can deal with and and win. And I'm not gonna rest till I do it.

It is one thing to not realize what you are up against, but it is another to go at it over and over till you get it fight. I don't like this game and it makes me sick. This **** will happen, even if it costs me my insanity. To create a revoution with this character is way better then winning a tournament in this game to me. so much win right there.

Achtung! Olimar is far more simplistic and easy than Meta Knight! He revolves around a simple strategy of grabbing, camping, and then spamming smashes. Everyone knows how to fight Meta Knight. Few people know how to fight Olimar.
