Most games have foreboding music as you approach a boss. Persona 5 is mid but I love and appreciate that it's approaching boss music is "hell yeah, let's do this". Makes it feel like you're running a victory lap through the palace you've nearly conquered.

Genuinely, how far should a game take to "get good?"
For a platformer, it shouldn't take any more than five minutes to plop you in a level and teach you the central mechanics. Fighting games can take maybe ten or twenty until you get most of the moves and mechanics. Rhythm games should just be however long it takes for you to pick a song. In any genre it should only take twenty minutes at most.
Except for RPG's. Sure, the best ones start with a bang (like FFVII or Remake), but I feel like most of them take about an hour for the meat of the story to begin, which is reasonable since there's often way more worldbuilding and exposition that needs to happen in those games. Regardless it should only be an hour at most, and anything over is asking a lot.
5v5 hero shooter where all the players on each team control a mech individually, and if everyone charges their ultimate moves, they can pop a big ult where they become a bigger mech together (voltron/megazord/etc)
Nintendo has the opportunity to make the greatest game sequel of all time

You know how when you smell something for a bit, the smell starts to go away/become less obvious?
Well, recently my rooommate has been burning this incense that I really hate, but I'm not really mad enough about it to say something, it's just mildly annoying. So what I've been doing is sniffing as much as I can to make it less pronounced. Actually kinda works!

I should make a website called "the controversies section" and it looks like wikipedia except it's devoted entirely to finding out what certain artists and celebrities have said, and you can filter it by topic (religion, war, gender, etc)

I have genuine curiosity over why someone would own a plush or figure of a youtuber. like, it's one thing if that real person plays a character (most music artists for instance, or in this case like AVGN or Wott The Scozz), but if you're just gonna have a plushie of someone whose mostly earnest like, idk, just seems strange to me. Like that's a real person you have idolized on your desk.
