Streets of Rage 2 is my favorite Genesis game by far and probably one of my favorite Sega games but I’ve also never actually fully beaten it

I can’t say I expected arzette to have a dramatic death scene played 100% seriously
how does this word mean it’s own opposite. Not in a metaphorical or exaggerated sense it literally just means a thing and (lesser) the opposite thing
This is definitely gatekeepy but I hope a walkthrough never gets made for arzette because it’s so much fun to be just slightly confused by the game

I had a dream people here got mad that smash had too many “fighter!”s which I guess was defined as fighters who had an excited demeanor. The best word people complaining about it was just to put an exclamation mark at the end of the word fighter I guess
Honestly, chuggaconroy was that “person I kinda disliked because I found them annoying and then I was proven right when was an actual reason was given to hate them” guy for me
I thought Sega making new game plus locked behind dlc for like a dragon infinite wealth was bad enough but I found out it’s easy and hard difficulties are locked behind it as well. Really cool.

The Handicap feature is designed in smash so stupidly why do you have to enable it in rules instead of just having it available to change your damage percent at all times
The whole YouTube reccomendation colour feature is funny because it’s the exact thing you’ve already been getting reccomended just slightly curated and with worse stuff in there
I don’t know exactly why because there isn’t that much differentiating the gameplay of each game in series but Virtua Fighter 3 has always been my favorite VF game and the one I look back on the most. It’s probably the bright aesthetic and the new stages which I like but something about it is just really neat to me. Getting to select a team of three characters ain’t bad either.

This is an incredibly specific archetype but shoutout to characters who are the strongest henchman in a gang and assumed to be one of the most loyal members but by the end of a story just kinda end up doing their own thing. Idk I just find it really interesting.
ok admittedly those last two ones are kinda stretches since they aren’t really depicted as commanding respect within their organization but still like their places in their respective stories and otherwise I would have only two examples.

In the dialogue sequence of god of war ragnarok that references playstation all stars kratos says he fought in “many contests” so my head canon is that mortal kombat and soulcalibur are now canon to god of war as well as playstayion all stars battle royale

That Capcom survey thing they just did was hilarious because they had databases of older capcom IP's that you were supposed to pick games from but they were missing some of their most influential games ever. Like Street Fighter II wasn't ann option anywhere, only Ultra SF2 and they didn't even have any of the original Mega Man games.

I had a teacher who used to put up headshots of celebrities that said something or made content that him change his mind about something. People just assumed it was any celebrities he liked though and thought it was weird he had the guy from hot ones on it
Technically Mai Shiranui and Batman have been in the same game. Mai was a guest character in Honour of Kings and Batman is in the American version, Arena of Valor. So they’re not in the same version of the game and can’t interact but they are in the same game.
I’ve played nearly every game based on indiana jones and jurassic park and I find it funny that while basically every indiana jones game has the theme song in the title screen the only jurassic park one with the theme song in it that I noticed is the 3DO version -
